Red Spots and Hanging
Hey Guys,
I’ve done a good amount of reading but I can’t seem to find the answer to this one. Through my PE routine I have developed red spots, mainly on the glands. No big deal, I’ll take a couple of days off to let my penis heal.
But I’ve been thinking, isn’t true that:
- Jelqing or any other types of penis stroke are going to cause ‘red spots’. This would be due to the fact that these exercises are meant to increase the blood pressure in the penis and so help to create micro tears in the penis structure. When these micro tears are created near to the skin of the penis, red spots appear.
- Pumping by its very nature is doing the same thing as jelqing as far increasing the blood pressure in the penis. And so, this too would cause the appearance of ‘red spots.
- Hanging or manual stretching is the only exercise that places stress on the penis structure without increasing the blood pressure in the penis. Although placing stress on the structure of the penis will create micro tears, due to the lower blood pressure in the penis it does not create red spots.
Question
If anyone decides to take time off from his regular PE schedule due to red spots, would it be acceptable to continue to hang if that was part of his regular PE routine?
I believe that Bib and others have done many hours of hanging without many side effects. What do you think guys??
