Red spots on glans from hanging

I just noticed some red spots appearing on the sides of my glans from hanging. I’ve been hanging the last three days and noticed them now, so it’s obviously the hanging. They are small and don’t look like anything big. What should I do to help them go away?

Probably nothing to be concerned about, but should stop the cause before increasing weight. Most likely due to too much blood in glans resulting in excessive pressure. Try sliding the wrap and skin out towards the glans, squeeze out the blood, the slide it back and attach the hanger as quickly as possible.

Take 1 day off and then go easy on the weight and don’t leave blood in the glans.
