Rock Hard Outside, Spongy Inside

I’ve had this problem since I can remember. I get turned on so easily. Just by a kiss can I get hard. But as soon as I start having sex, after 10 mins it becomes spongy. Its constantly erect but spongy..

When I go on for 1 / 2 hours I notice that at the end I become rock hard. For the life of me I cant understand why.

Has anyone else had this problem, how’d you fix it?

No, it has been like this all my life.
I’ve had a new partner since a week and had sex a few times and it just dawned on me that I’ve had this issue since I was 16. I’ve had a girlfriend for 8 years and around 10 other relationships besides that. Some shorter than the other.

I believe its mental, you are thinking of it as a big problem and it become a self fulfilling prophecy. You are sure that it will happen and it happens.

I have noticed that i can become 100% erect only during masturbation and during a blowjob.

Its a deep rooted habit that it has become “second nature”. We have to train ourselves to a new habit: 100% erect during sex. Just practise and practise. Become present to the moment and view sex as super fun helps.

Also it may be diffucult to keep a high erection level for a long amount of time. Dont forget your kegels.

But I’ve had it since I was a teenager. Thats why. But I’ll try to be more present and have more fun. And with the 100% erect mindset.
