Do you recall exactly how much zinc, L-Arginine and Lecithin you were taking each time, and how
much per day?
You mentioned it took about 4 weeks for the kegels to have an effect. I will give them a try
through September then. However, for me, it’s easier to just plan to do it while driving or
in a meeting. When doing PE or edging it’s just too much to concentrate on for me I guess.
