This is a subject that has had my interest for a while. I began as a dribbler, but did some things to correct that problem. Here is my experience.
- I did PE for a 6 month stretch (no pun intended), then took a hiatus and am beginning again. (I saw a .3/.4” gain in 6 months.) My routine consisted of a jelq-kegel combination. I would jelq up to 90-100% erect, then allow my erection to “cool off” while kegeling. Once the erection was into the 70-80% range, I would continue jelqing, then back to kegeling, etc. This allowed me to really develop the PC muscle (I felt that “bouncing” my semi-hard erection with the kegel strengthened it better than doing kegels in the car, in front of computer, in meetings, etc.)
- I adjusted my diet to include more fruits and vegetables, and went easy on the meat.
- I also built up to a zinc, l-arginine, and lecitin cocktail every day in addition to a multivitamin, by adding supplements individually over time to see what sort of effect they would have.
- I increased my water intake to about 3-4 litres a day.
Here is what I noticed regarding my ability to shoot semen:
- The kegels began to have an effect on distance after about 4 weeks. my formerly dribbling load, (or at most a single shot of about an inch, then dribbles) began to spurt 3-4 inches, followed by 2-3 more spurts before the rest began to dribble out.
- Plenty of water improved the situation; the consistency of the semen was more fluid. I also noted that there was about a 30% increase (my best guess) in volume. Since it wasnt so viscous, it traveled farther, and each impulse caused it to shoot out.
- The zinc caused the semen to appear more white (rather than pearly yellowish), but I noted that it was not homogenous. In other words, I had a clearish base with swirls of pure white.
- L-arginine didn’t seem to have an impact, other than the fact that I did notice that my sexual response was stronger. Erections happened more spontaneously, and I found that I was thinking about sex more frequently. Because I was more horny, sex was more pleasurable, and the force of my ejaculations increased accordingly.
- Lecitin didn’t seem to have an impact.
- Edging increased volume, but (ignoring other factors above) did not have an effect on distance.
- Going for a week without ejaculating increased my volume (of course) and distance.
Again, that has been my experience. Yours may vary. In conclusion: Diet, water intake, and Kegels will change your semen and allow you to shoot it out if you stick (hehe) to a consistent plan.
