So I got the "M" shot or Priapus shot today

I drove out just over two hours this morning, you’d think Los Angeles would have a Dr that does the PRP treatment on the penis (couldn’t find one), what DR? doesn’t matter, I’m not trying to indorse anyone’s practice, just want to report what that shot does (or doesn’t) do for me.

So the Dr. draws blood from your arm, about two standard vials and places it in a centrifuge, my first question: why not do 4 vials instead of just 2? answer: cost. each proprietary vial is patented and expensive.
next question: why is this not a series of shots? GUARANTEED to grow your penis? answer: It can be, if you have the money (he says with a laugh) then in all seriousness “there are NO guarantees” … “all we have is anecdotal evidence that this stuff will actually grow your penis” … “I have clients that swear to have measurable gains with just the first shot, while most of my patients just never return and are not heard from again, so its not an exact science”
the Dr. continued: “what we hear most often from those who follow up, is that the penis looks better, the skin becomes softer, erections come easier quicker, fuller, it seems to rejuvenate the tissue (then he goes on to how but my memory just wont do his explanation justice) … I then asked: “are any gains then from achieving a more full erection? or is it actual tissue growth?” “we believe BOTH” said the DR. ” more youthful erections and new cells to add girth and possibly length”

the total procedure was about 30 min, my questions which the Dr. seemed graciously happy enough and DID answer was another 20 min or so, plus wait times and I was in his office a total of about 90 min.

the shots DID hurt a bit more than I expected (all 5 of them), then I was given a pump and cock ring and told to maintain an erection for about 10 min, interesting the pump was very narrow and about 8.5 to 9” in length (with a DR. Kaplan sticker on it) … I was able to fill the tube but not bottom out as I got stuck somewhere in the middle do to girth :) its a well made “FDA” approved pump, just not sure why it would taper off so narrowly.

my penis feels thicker (fluid plus pump) I used it on my wife … she seemed to notice the added girth (I used my own pump at home) … I’m skeptical but I’ve also commited to 3 treatments for a $600 dollar discount plus free pump!

My penis feels full, the way it does typically when I pump except it feels more solid, as if it weren’t just fluid i temporarily brought in by pumping. its been less than 24 hours so just an observation.

Also I have some bruising near the injection sites, but its not solid bruising its just hundreds of tiny purple and red spots, I don’t know if I’m pumping too long or too hard. the Dr said I just needed 5 min a day and to not exceed 10 on the gauge, but I cant use the pump he gave me (sure glad I didn’t pay for it) because its too narrow, so I cant gauge the pressure. I’ve used my pump for some years now just for slight added girth going into sex, so its nothing I feel I’m over doing (20 min over 3 sessions)… I think the point of the pump is to distribute and maintain the PRP in the penis longer and to prevent it from just oozing into the rest of my body, to that extent I don’t think I can do harm by “over” pumping.

erections at this point are slightly less than normal but my penis feels great flaccid, totally limp but with added weight and volume. no pain.

I did notice one other thing: using my pump I couldn’t hit my usual mark in length, its a small notch i have made and I was consistently about 3/8th to a 1/2 inch off, usual girth while in the pump was easily achieved but it seemed at some expense of length. (I have still have plenty of room in the skin, it just didn’t wanna come out)

To sum up the first 24 hours; you can call me: Leprecock!

shortening seems to have lessened … tried hanging today but felt a slight tearing in my penis so I stopped, felt like I was breaking scar tissue :( I’ve never felt that before in the relatively short time I’ve been hanging but I’m certain it had something to do with the shot.

Is it possible I’ve purposely introduced scar tissue into my penis??

thinking about the plasma that was injected into my penis I remember the DR. explaining that it was the same yellowish clear fluid that you see when you skin your knee, that tells your body “hey over here! come repair this damage, become knee skin, nerves and tendon etc…” Dr. said the plasma tells my body to produce more of the stuff around it like corpora cavernosa or blood vessels, nerves and such.

I hope my body is making more dick, and stretching (as in hanging weights) doesn’t tear the new tissue thus creating (erection hampering) scar tissue…

Ima stop hanging until I do some more research on this.

Also another observation: my dick still feels more full but slightly shorter, like it was turtling due to trauma but with complete absence of pain, in the pump I still cannot reach my mark in terms of length but I’ve very easily exceeded my normal size in girth. my penis definitely holds more volume, no doubt in large part to the added pumping but I’ve pumped in the past and its never felt this easy to reach and keep girth … net plus for the injection SO FAR.

Do you think it’s a good idea to be hanging so soon after that?

10 inch nbpel is my goal, but right now it seems i have MAJOR turtling … I’m closer to 8” than I am to my pre PE of bpel of 9”.

so I had a “10” erection looking at porn and I decided to measure that sucker, to my surprise I shrunk! I’m still girthier than I was before the “M” shot but I’m off my mark in length. I haven’t gained any weight (stopped losing but haven’t gained), I use about the same pressure with the ruler into my fat pad along the top … it must have something to do with the increased girth or “stress” my penis thinks its in, I’m not hanging anymore only light pumping as the dr. prescribed.

I was sure that my raging hard on would produce my old length, sadly no. its still too early to tell whats permanent if anything so just my daily observation.

I was thinking though: If the tunica is the limiting factor, the added fluid within the tunica would push my erection girth to its limit but anymore shots would probably just leak out of my penis … my erections will feel more full because of course I have new fluid in there but my size wouldn’t necessarily increase all that much as the tunica will only stretch so much … which is prolly why if my girth is up my length is down :( i hope im wrong about this theory and the shot actually grows my cock in all directions.

Ugh! Exactly? I never really wanted to measure my girth since that primarily is the source of my penis envy of my fiancé’s ex … Apparently this fucker had a “crazy thick” hog.

I gave myself quick chub just now and I’m 6” 3/8th - 6”.5 with a 80% hard on but I’d say that’s pretty accurate ill measure myself later when I have time to look at porn.

I seem to remember I was just over 6” when I measured myself a few years back (I’ve never been able to fit in a toilet paper roll if that helps), so for the purposes of providing you guys information ill say I’ve grown a full 1/2 in girth since the shot and using the pump everyday … I will add that I’ve lost that 1/2 in length.

5 days into the “M” shot and I’ve come down a bit in size (girth) from the first 3 days, I still feel more full flaccid and erect. I’ve seen a real loss in length of a 1/2 and I can only guess that I’ve gained as little as a 1/4 inch and at most 1/2 in girth, it’s prolly closer to 3/8 as I remember I was solidly over but around the 6” girth mark pre shot.

Ill measure often now as I realize its valuable information for someone to have before plunking 1600 bucks! I certainly would’ve liked to have that kind of reference before getting treatment, plus I still have another 2 shots to go before I decide if the priapus shot works, and I need raw data not just daily observations.

It has been mentioned before and I have also found the case to be when you increase girth, you lose length. That is why I have been focusing on length instead of girth.

8 days and shrinking … I’m pumping 3-4 times a day everyday but its getting more difficult to keep the added thickness my penis has gained since the shot, I feel like it didn’t take after all. The Dr. said it would take about 6 weeks for me to see the results, but I think he might have just wanted a running start!

I may not have those 2 additional shots after all … fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice and shame on me kinda thing.

Take this for what you will, but back around 2008 when chemical PE was getting a lot of hype I was able to procure and mix my own vials of PGE1 (forgot dosage, it was standard though) and IGF1-LR3 (10 mcg) with ethanol.

It was a lot of pain and discomfort for no real gains, even with 30 minutes of hanging/stretching before injection.

After a PGE1 erection, besides feeling a lot of pain without the other accessory chemicals the tri/quad mixes help alleviate, your penis feels “blown out” and quite huge girth wise. However, this was always temporary.

So unless the chemicals and results have changed, it was a waste of time, mental energy, and money.

This just seems to be too drastic a measure too take for those kind of results.
