I’m a bit of an organic health food nut too, and I don’t eat red meat or pork. I’d rather eat sugar than high fructose corn syrup and all that. I also was raised on on soy as a baby. Despite this, I’m relatively hairy, at least as much so as my father, who is a real meat and potatoes kind of guy. My testosterone is fine for my age, and like many of us here at Thunders, have an above average size cock that I’m working on making into a monster. That said, I tend to avoid soy as an every day protein source as much as possible. I get my protein from chicken, fish, and rice-based protein shakes more than anything.
If I’m correct, soybean oil and fermented soy products do not have viable phytoestrogens, so as long as most of us guys don’t eat tofu or drink soy milk every day, we’ll be fine from a soy estrogen perspective. The bigger problem facing men today is estrogenic chemicals in the environment that are harder to avoid, such as those that filter into the water supply from certain industrial chemicals and plastics.
