Water is good but one only need about 1 to 1.5 litres a day or even less been in Malaysia you need to hydrate more often because of the heat But you may need to pay a visit to your urologist there and he give you the finger treatment and find the appropriate treatment. They have not found anything for me yet sounds kind of odd but there is not much they can do with irritable bladder syndrome ATM.
I agree with this guy, try to evaluate what your liquid intake is (maybe even food intake) and see what might be causing this. Depending on age, sometimes it can be a prostate issue that’s constricting your bladder from fully emptying. There was a time when I was constantly dribbling after peeing (just a little more would come out after I’d zip up). A friend of mine told me to apply pressure to the taint (the bulge between your balls and anus). This should help stimulate the prostate just a little to allow you to fully get everything out. If you’re not capable of seeing a doctor right away, do what sricardo said and eliminate coffee, citrus drinks, and possibly sugars. Look into over the counter diuretic medication to flush your system out.
Hope it clears up man, urination problems can be scary sometimes.
