Using Viagra/Cialis and Paxil simultaneously....?

No, I havent tried it. Nor do I plan to.

Has anyone taken Viagra/Cialis to aind in hard erections and some type of SSRI to aide in lasting longer?
I’d just like to find out if anyone has done so or whether its considered quite dangerous. I would assume so but was curious.
On paper it sounds like a good idea but mixing drugs is never really advised…

Any thoughts…?

Ive done Cialis and Clomipramine together. Was fine.

I take an SSRI to combat post surgical “brain fog” and have used both Viagra and Cialis with no problems. My internist gave me some Levetra samples yesterday with no caveats.

I’ve used paxil with both Cialis and viagra - was great - no problems at all.

You can be sure your doctor would have warned you if there were such and obvious contra-indication. I was warned not to mix viagra with poppers (amyl) which I don’t use. Also there is a leaflet in the Viagra and Cialis packet telling you all the conflicts.

I did.I was able to last almost 2 hours…

I was on Paxil/20mg and 40mg. When I went up to the 40mg, the libido itself was affected along with the ability to get and or maintain an erection. The Viagra/Cialis seemed to lose it power!

I realize the effect of Paxil helping with “lasting longer” with a small dose and thats great, but if you may have ED the Paxil certainly hinders erections especially in larger doses.

I take Celexa (20mg) along with Viagra(50mg) and Cialis(20mg) and no side effects for 3 months now. Rock hard erections and I last like a porn star. The only problem is that you get addicted to this pornstar feeling and I am wondering if I will be stuck with these pills from now on..LOL…

RodXtender: if it works for you, do it. I was thinking maybe getting back on the Paxil for maybe a 3 month period and will probably use a combo of v & c like yours.

Well I haven’t done the combo Viagra and Cialis at the same time.. I took Cialis/Celexa for a couple of months then Viagra/Celexa till this day. I prefer Viagra over Cialis, even though both work for me. I guess the psychological factor of taking a pill 2 hours before activity works better than the second day on Cialis; but to be honest I think is more a psuchological factor.

As you (webslave) mentioned before the Celexa is reducing the effect on Viagra lately. I am on 20mg daily but seriously thinking on reducing to 10 mg a day for a couple of weeks and see how it works, since my erections even with Viagra are not lasting that long anymore, and the long lasting effect of Celexa makes things even worst…
