At 59, WBH, from my perspective, it sounds like you have your hormones messed up. Sounds to me like you have too much estrogen in your system. At your age, son, why dont you get off all the stuff and let your youthful hormones do their “thing.” You might want to see an endocrinologist to do some testing about whats going on in your body. A good urologist might also do the trick but he would have to come highly recommended in mens health issues for me to see him. Good luck son. Relax, get off the supplements and enjoy your youth.

Well, I dont think whey protein or creatine may have anything to do with loss of sex drives. I have been doing it for a few years now without any problem. You are just 20 and IMO at this age your HGH and test levels will be very high. You dont need DHEA or tongkat or any other shit to boost test levels. In short, at 20 you could be doing great without any of these supps unless you have a Medically diagnosed problesm.

If I were you, Id take some time off from these supps.. Kinda do a internal cleansing by drinking lots of water through out the day and eating loads of green leafy vegetables for atleast 2 weeks. Id also stay away from strenuous gym workouts. Based on how you feel after a forthnight access your situation further.

Not wanting to jerk off or lack of interest in porn/sex could be a result of stress. Go through some of your routine and check if something is causing stress. Maybe you could find something that can beat the stress. Are you smoking? Are you doing too much alcohol or dope? Have you jerked off too much in the recent past? have you injured yourself while PE? Is your blood pressure level normal? These are some of the question you may want to find answers for.
