Whats going on with my penis?

I dont know whats happening but I dont like whats is going on with my penis format I dont know how to explain then I draw a picture. Why my penis is with this cavity? My routine is: ads, jelq, pump and kegel. Please help me

I call that necking down. I’ve always had it, but it only is apparent when I am flaccid, not erect. It has been one of my goals to eliminate it by using PE, and it is much better, but it still is present. But I haven’t finished PEing yet, so I still hope to be able to totally eliminate it.

But I never notted it beffore pe, it can be any injury by pe? Or Im only never notted

Happens to me sometime when I kind of have shrinkage. I just jelq it back even.

Now that you’re PE’ing, there’s probably going to be a lot of things you’re going to notice about your penis that you hadn’t noticed before.

This is interesting because I’ve noticed something similar. I’m kinda sure I didn’t have it before PE. It’s visible only flaccid and if I’m cold or so.
