10 days in and a bigger flaccid, sort of
Started hanging on 4/1 using the Grip. Only hanging 5-7 lbs right now, trying to take it slow and steady.
Anyway, I just got back from the gym and went to take a leak and saw that I was hanging bigger. I grabbed the tape measure and the little guy was sitting at a solid 7” soft. Now I know that this is just a product of my penis attempting to adapt to the new stress it is being forced to endure. I know that this is not real growth, but damn it made me feel good.
Actually made me motivated to strap the hanger back on and do another couple of sets as I type.
