100 per cent Erect Jelqs

I know there is different information about this on other threads but there is some conflicting opinions. So here goes.
I am nearly a month into my Newbie Routine and my 10 minute Jelq is with a 80-100% erection. It appears that this will provide girth gains rather than length gains. If this is the case do I need to incorporate some flaccid/semi Jelqs into my week or increase the stretching if length is my main goal?
Again I haven’t measured yet but will next week once 1 month is up.

If length is your primary goal, keep your jelqs limited to a 40%-70% erection level.

If you have been into PE for only a month, then do not do jelqs at an erection level greater than 80% (high risk of injury). And 100% erect jelqs are a complete no no for newbies. Too risky.

Focus on the newbie routine for a few months (some do the newbie routine for more than a year). Use this time to observe and learn how your penis responds to the stimulus you apply. Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine

Thanks. I have been doing 80-100% jelqs for over 3 weeks and I appear to be fine but I will try and do it at semi erect level which will add more time into my routine.

Hey Willy D, One of the reasons (there are others) people are advising you to jelq at lower erection levels are mainly so that you find gains with the least amount of stress to your member. Save the higher stress exercise for when you’ve exhausted all the easy gains. Higher stress PE exercises can cause your penis to become immune to the low stress exercises. Always go for the easy gains first. By jumping into higher level PE you may be spoiling your chance to achieve these easy gains.

Many of the members on this site are VERY smart people. (not all) Growing you dick is a very complicated thing, with many theories on how to do it right. Take these first months to learn as much as you can. You can learn the easy way or the hard way…. Your choice

So I did the routine today. I must be 30/50% erect but it doesn’t feel like I am doing a lot. However I will stick with the lower erect Jelq.

Yeah man, The thing with PE is that if it hurts, you are doing it wrong. With jelqing, you should only be pushing the blood up the shaft of your dick without putting pressure on the glands. It’s almost like you are transferring the blood through the compartments of your penis. Each jelq should take minimum 3 seconds.

My theory, or opinion on the matter is this. At 100 percent erect, the tunica is fully rigid and cannot expand anymore. At 90, or better yet 80 percent erect, there exists enough “give” in the tunica tissues to stretch them beyond their maximum rigid size with the outward pressure created by the jelqs. So not only are 100 percent erect jelqs more dangerous, they are also less effective. If you’ve ever watched your penis ahead of the “OK” sign as you jelq, you know the penis does not expand in a fully erect state the way it does if there is enough slack in the limits of the tunica to allow it to stretch.

In my PE journey of 9 months, I have realized that jelqing is not a basic exercise. Heat, before and after is mandatory. Jelqing at 100 % is an advanced technique. Penis does feel fatigued and girthy after a few strokes of jelqing at 100%. I find it effective, to say the least.

Just after erect jelq, just a few strokes, I start a routine of AM1.0, reverse jelq and intense ballooning. Every other day. Try it.

I had a rest day yesterday after the 50% Jelq session but did some edging which was excellent. Much meatier stick in my hand and hopeful of my 1 month measurements on Thursday.
