PE is like training for a marathon or bodybuilding in my opinion, some people will reach their goal 10x faster than you, it might take you longer than 90% of the rest but if you’re training consistently something has to happen, its nearly impossible for absolutely nothing to change. Everything will change shape with stress over time just somethings take longer than others get out of the now or never mindset you have years to do this assuming good health.
