Hey guys. Frustrated here. I thought I made a small girth gain 6 weeks in, but just measured again, false alarm. No length gains.

I’m currently at 11 minutes stretch, 21 minutes wet jelq. I was scared to take it faster. I will say, I rarely warm up because I spend half my time in hotel rooms and the wet rag thing is way too cumbersome (have to run hot water on it every 15 seconds… yuck).

Something’s gotta change, but what? Should I do 2 routines a day now? Help please.

You can change many things. Which one fits, hard to say without more elaboration.

1. You can use more heat. For example, try to use cup with warm/hot water for that. You won’t need to refresh it so often, or maybe at all. But because you didn’t get any result at all even with newbie routine, then it’s either you must to use more heat (you are very hard gainer) or you do something completely wrong. I’m kinda hard gainer, and i got 0 girth gain after 3+ months even with focusing on that, but i still got significant length gain from stretches. As i remember more than 1/3 inch.

2. Another reason can be overtraining. Have you tried to do lighter or to split exercises? The only way i know how to more or less see that is EQ. How hard is erection, how long it keeps, how strong is sensitivity, amount of cum and refractory period. The problem is, that depends on many factors, not only PE. But usually people should see improvements there. And once you made significant injury then next day or few it’s significantly weaker.

3. You can try to take rest. It might sound odd, but it’s something not only i have noticed. Sometimes you don’t see any gains, then stop PE for some time and then boom, it grows like magic. Some “hidden” gains.

4. You can try different exercises. Not sure about this one, because stretching is very basic and usually works. It’s idea for many other exercises like hanging and extender. But still i couldn’t gain with jelqs (maybe doesn’t work, maybe i did it wrong way, proper jelq is actually quite tricky), but i got my first girth gains after i took a small break and tried pump+kegels.

5. There is also method based on idea “BPFSL should be not much bigger than BPEL”. You need to measure both. If difference is only 1/4 inch, then you mostly need to focus on stretching, if difference is 1/2 or bigger then you need to focus on EQ. That idea should be quite correct, because BPFSL shows how big is “shell” and BPEL shows how much we can fill.

I seldom feel any pain in my dick or around it… maybe a light soreness every now and then after a workout. Honestly, it’s more of a workout for my arms (and hands) when stretching —- sometimes I’ll be sore in my triceps the day after. After 21 min jelqing I have a fuller flaccid girth for about 20-30 minutes or so. No pain though.

Should I move on to a more advanced routine? I really don’t care about how hard it is just as long as it’s safe… I just want gains. The below average dick thing is killing me.

1) a cup of hot water for warmup? I thought that the warmups were just to prevent injury. I’ve read that multiple places.
2) I doubt it’s too strenuous, because I don’t always stick to 2 days on 1 day off, I’ve taken more than 1 day off many times. but I calculated 12 weeks since I did 55 sessions (2 days on, 1 off averages 4.66 sessions a week) over the span of 3.5 months.

5) I do my measurements with a cock ring so that the girth stays consistent and the length kind of stays consistent.

I’m still just not sure what I’m doing wrong.

There are 2 reasons for heat. To be honest newbie routine is very clever and there are many unspoken things there. People can properly do that for years and see gains.
Heat indeed can prevent injury. Another reason is better stretch. For example, after exceeding 40°C there is 25% increase in elongation of collagen tissue. It also starts to show better response to stress. That’s why stretching with heating makes double effect. Some people can apply only stress and see results, but they could gain much better or faster. And some people can’t gain without heating at all.

There are many ways to apply heat. You can find something suiting.

How many minutes a day should I be shooting for, stretch wise and jelq wise? I’ve done 12 weeks and no gains, so I want to up the intensity but didn’t know if it was time yet.

Try not to be too discouraged. I started with manual stretching and jelqing but for me, it didn’t work out. Some people swear by it, but I just didn’t see anything from it. Then I started pumping and that’s when I started making some gains. Recently, I’ve been hanging and made more gains. So, the best that I can say is to experiment with different techniques. But, be careful and read some of the wisdom of some of the senior guys share for safety. Then read the stuff from people that get injured. So, experiment, read, listen and eventually you’ll find a technique that works for you.


Starting: 5.5” BPEL, 5" girth

Current: 6.75” BPEL, girth: 5.25”

Goal: 7" BPEL, 5.5" girth

It certainly doesn’t keep me from pursuing it. But I do think “how much more satisfied would she be if I were wider.” During, after, before. I absolutely cannot get past it. They usually come back, but I think that’s IN SPITE of my small dick.
