Lovinthebeach5, hey! :) I don’t follow the newbie routine per se; rather, I have my own take on it.
My routine:
1. Warm-up for approximately five minutes under tap (I use one of those Arabian or French bum-washers, but it’s unlikely you have one). This apparatus is excellent for PE warm-up.
2. Jelq for anywhere between 10-20 minutes.
3. Stretch for around five minutes. My stretches are long in duration, individual stretches vary from anywhere between 10 seconds to 60 seconds.
4. During the day I edge for approximately one hour.*
I repeat the above exercise twice a day, everyday. I have seen quite considerable gains. The point of all this is you should take that beginners routine and use it as a foundation for your own routine that centres around both your daily activities and time, and also considers your own penis’s genetic individuality.
*I can now (after edging for perhaps an hour everyday for two weeks) stop myself from cumming right on the point of ejaculation (not an overestimation) – I am now working to be able to withhold my semen while continuing to masturbate. Nevertheless, I can stop myself ejaculating for pretty much as long as I want (I get bored guys, that’s got to say something).
