15 years of steady PE, minimal gains
I am curious if there are other “hard gainers” like myself out there. It appears that many members out there gain more in their first year of PE than I have in 15 years of consistent PE.
I began PE back in March 2003 at age 22. I started off about 6.25 in. length and (I estimate) about 4 in. girth that that time. I did just jelqing at first, working my way up to about an average of 20-25 mins per day X 4 times per week, consistently through 2012. I also experimented with clamping and air pumping during that period, but ditched both of those because I never realized any extra gains, so just continued jelqing. I was very consistent that whole decade, and stayed with PEfor fear of losing whatever modest gains I did achieve and “wasting” all that training time.
In November 2012, I added a Bathmate to my routine. I did 15 minutes Bathmate before my normal jelqing routine, still on average of 20-25 minutes — sometimes well over 30 minutes. I also added some squeezes and tried Horse 440s beginning in 2014.
Early in 2018, I adjusted my routine to 1) 10 minutes Bathmate warm-up 2) 35 X 5-7 second squeezes 3) 20 advanced/Horse 440 squeezes 4) several minutes of stretching and pulls for length. Unfortunately, this year I did miss 4 months of total training time due to developing back-to-back cysts from ingrown hairs.
To sum up, after 15 years, I am currently just under 6.75 in length and 4.4 in. girth. (My peak was 6.8+ in and 4.5+ in back in early November, before my current forced layoff from PE due to another ingrown hair cyst. I’ve been quite unlucky this year with those, may need to get this one surgically removed.)
So I am very happy for the gains I did make since 2003. And I believe all those countless training hours were worth it. But I can’t help but feel a bit frustrated to have put in 15 years and achieved anything more dramatic.
