15 years of steady PE, minimal gains

15 years of steady PE, minimal gains

I am curious if there are other “hard gainers” like myself out there. It appears that many members out there gain more in their first year of PE than I have in 15 years of consistent PE.

I began PE back in March 2003 at age 22. I started off about 6.25 in. length and (I estimate) about 4 in. girth that that time. I did just jelqing at first, working my way up to about an average of 20-25 mins per day X 4 times per week, consistently through 2012. I also experimented with clamping and air pumping during that period, but ditched both of those because I never realized any extra gains, so just continued jelqing. I was very consistent that whole decade, and stayed with PEfor fear of losing whatever modest gains I did achieve and “wasting” all that training time.

In November 2012, I added a Bathmate to my routine. I did 15 minutes Bathmate before my normal jelqing routine, still on average of 20-25 minutes — sometimes well over 30 minutes. I also added some squeezes and tried Horse 440s beginning in 2014.

Early in 2018, I adjusted my routine to 1) 10 minutes Bathmate warm-up 2) 35 X 5-7 second squeezes 3) 20 advanced/Horse 440 squeezes 4) several minutes of stretching and pulls for length. Unfortunately, this year I did miss 4 months of total training time due to developing back-to-back cysts from ingrown hairs.

To sum up, after 15 years, I am currently just under 6.75 in length and 4.4 in. girth. (My peak was 6.8+ in and 4.5+ in back in early November, before my current forced layoff from PE due to another ingrown hair cyst. I’ve been quite unlucky this year with those, may need to get this one surgically removed.)

So I am very happy for the gains I did make since 2003. And I believe all those countless training hours were worth it. But I can’t help but feel a bit frustrated to have put in 15 years and achieved anything more dramatic.

Sept 2012 , I was 5.0 NBPEL, today Dec 2018, 5.85 NBPEL, I did not lose weight, I still have the same fat pad, maybe even larger.
I’m not sure about my girth, I think maybe my girth is on a bad day 5.0 EG, and 5.25 EG on a good day, if I air pump for 20-30 minutes, or bathmate for 20 minutes
(different pressures), I can come out with a 6.5 Girth, but not sure If I ever measured it Erect. Once only once was I able to maintain that girth while in bed with my mrs without a ring, she was squirting like a waterfall.

When I actually gained? I’m not sure, I tried some PE things out there, I did ‘hang’ for about three years straight mostly SD (I worked from home, home office).
The bathmate actually felt like it did something, because the pressure pulls your penis out of your body. I’ve never hit 8.0 inches BPEL with bathmate, but did once last week using a thinner 1.75” pump tube (instead of my usual 2.0” tube). With the 2.0” tube, my max length at 7.5-10HG is 7.0-7.5”.

Thanks for sharing the info.

Was this Gains from increase in EQ or increase in tissue?

I’d try a routine concentrating on mostly stretches. Specifically straight down, straight out and eventually fulcrum stretches. Work your way up to 20 to 25 minutes of total stretching per day.

It seems like you haven’t done very much stretching over the years, if I’m reading your post correctly. Maybe now’s the time to try it.

You can still do some jelqing in your workout but I’d concentrate mostly on manual stretching for at least the next few months and go from there.

Good luck.

As is evident from the growing your own blood vessels scam thread you cant massage your penis and grow it with pleasant feeling exercises. To grow you need to apply enough force to your penis and ligaments that they remodel and actually get longer.

If you are not using enough force no gains will come.
My suggestion is stretch much harder, as hard as you can without pain, and if you have low pain tolerance you have to start hanging where you will just use a progressive weight protocol and hang through the “pain” if you think a few kg’s in uncomfortable.

Any extenders?

Thanks for the suggestions. I will try adding more stretching into the routine.

Two things I have not tried over the past 15 years are 1. Hanging and 2. Extenders. From what I’ve read, both would be hard to logistically pull off while I am at work, plus I’m just not comfortable with the idea of hanging significant weights from my dick. My main goal has been girth, so that is also why I haven’t invested in any extender device so far. I’d prefer it to be proportional, even if a bit shorter, than visibly long and thin.

My gains, while modest, have been true tissue gains and not simply EQ improvements. I’ve always been very physically active and in good shape, so haven’t had any EQ issues thus far.

Have you ever had any negative PIs?

I don’t have as much experience as most guys here. But I’m sure if u haven’t had any negative or even neutral PI your tissue may be used to the stress and changing it up may help. Like manual hand clamps for 30-60 seconds and feel the difference in size engorged.

12/18 6.5nbpel x 5meg 80EQ

Due to nerve damage in my back and pelvic region i am inconsistent.

Sometimes to get girth gains you need to gain in length. It might sound odd and hard to explain, but most of people who used extenders and hanging also got significant girth increase. Maybe reason for that is layers. Most of girth expansion is located inside, while layer for length expansion is outer and right behind a skin. If you won’t properly heat, expend and work with it, it might be hard to get even temporary girth expansion. Some tissue also has diagonal direction, it has both girth and length expansion and usually with length exercise it’s much easier to stretch. Stretched tissue might also give girth expansion. But to be honest, it’s hard to say why people gain and how we do that, it just works, but sometimes people need to try different stuff to find something what works for them. I didn’t get result with jelqs, but with pumping i finally see 1/4 inch girth increase. I remember long time ago i got fluid build up and my girth was only 1/4 inch bigger, but it looked so much bigger, and now i finally can see that as my ordinary size. And it’s indeed much thicker than i used to be.

Interesting that hangers can sometimes bring significant girth gains. I’ll look more into that.

@HRoark For Hanging, you don’t actually need that much weight, for most 2-3lbs will be sufficient. You aren’t trying to rip your dick off, you’re trying to keep it in a stretched state, so it’ll heal, while stretched.
