I started march 17th, now it’s April 17th and I measured for the first time.
Started Now
FL 4 1/4 4 1/2
FG 4 1/4 4 5/8
BPEL 7 1/2 same
NBPEL 6 5/8 same
EG 5 1/4 same

Pretty good gains flaccid, but no gains erect, which really surprised me because I could have sworn that I gained in length and maybe a little girth. It just looked and felt bigger. EQ is definitely better. I guess I’ll have to keep trying and see what happens next month. Definitely a little dissapointing. I was excited to measure gains today but got the big goose egg.

I’m on a slightly modified newbie routine. 2ON 1 OFF
ADS whenever time is permitted, usually 6-9 hours
5 min warm up
3x100 jelqs
5 min jelq squeezes
15 min pump
5 min warm down
4 x 100 kegels

Any suggestions

I suggest to measure your BPFSL, not your BPEL.

However, a month is too little for erect gains; you can be glad that your PI (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!) are good: this means you are on the right way. Just be patient and don’t overdo.

Thank you for the quick response. That makes me feel better to know that I’m on the right track having PI. I feel like it’s alright that I haven’t had any erect gains yet even though it’s frustrating to put in that much work and get little out of it. I’ll have to measure my BPFSL. Thank you

Congrats, as marinera said if your PI’s are good and you’re EQ is better than you are def. On your way. You’re already big anyways, you’ll hit your goal in no time!
