2 months at PE
I’ve been following the newbie routine closely for two months now. After about a month I added an IR heat lamp to my routine, which is great. I got into PE specifically to add length, with any girth gains fine as long as they don’t interfere with length.
After 2 months I definitely feel “tougher” in the dick, have veins popping out where I didn’t before, etc. The most drastic change is that my dick has taken on a blimp type shape, with the mid and upper shaft girth actually exceeding base girth. I’ve gone from 5.5” mid-shaft girth to 5.75” plus, with base girth remaining at 5.5” (formerly I measured 5.5” from base to glans). When jelqing I primarily use a left hand upside down OK grip, but I do mix it up. Am I doing something wrong? Have others experienced this “blimping” effect?
Two questions for those out there:
1. Most of the PE exercises I see out there (except manual stretching) seem to focus on and/or promote girth increase. Any exercises in particular that are good for length in particular? I should note that all jelqing I do is at 50% erection level or lower, even near flaccid.
2. I’m overwhelmed by all of the devices out there which might be useful. I was seriously considering the Circle Device, but recently the website appears to have shutdown. Any thoughts on ADS devices as a supplemental tool for length specifically? Should I be considering a different type of device for length?
