Thoughts on PE, after almost 8 months
I am eternally grateful to this forum, for actually helping me to discover how to PE safely and effectively. I had initially read up about PE ages ago, but had not bothered much about it due to the fear of it actually being harmful to my member in the long run. Needless to say, this forum has allayed much of my fears, and I’m now a happy grower!
A few things I’ve discovered about doing PE for 8 months, plus some thoughts/questions I need answered.
1. Using a heat wrap to warm your member through before your PE session is crucial. The few times I didn’t warm it up enough, without fail, I had a nasty strain in my member. Once it lasted for a few days. Another time, it lasted for 2 weeks.
2. Switching up your routine helps alot. I actually stopped growing awhile ago, but thanks to the suggestion from one of the members here, I started switching up my routine. Different jelqing styles, different stretching styles as well as different erection levels while jelqing are some of the things I did. It was then I started growing again.
3. One thing I STILL don’t have an answer for though, is the effectiveness of a heat wrap after the session. It seems to be that if you apply a heat wrap after you are done, your member turtles a fair bit. Or at least, mine does. I’ve actually taken to just stretching it under a hot shower for 2 mins.
4. Would ADS be worthwhile for me? I’m a little afraid of getting discoloration on my member.
