2 months no gains

2 months no gains

Hey guys,

I’m trying to focus on getting more length, I’m not bothered about my girth as much

But after 2 months, newbie routine etc and I settled on inverted v stretch about 30 mins a day and jelqing for about 15 mins a day (I know my sig says start 08/08 but that is after newbie routine)

But I still have not noticed any gains :(

I noticed that it says if you have not noticed any gains after 2 months change to stretching that focuses more on the tunica

What exercises are these?

I don’t want an ADS or a BIB, I would much prefer to do manual exercises

Any kind of stretches that use a fulcrum - V stretches, A stretches, strecthes using a bottle etc.. You could give a try to JAI and TOW stretches also.

Another example of tunica targeting stretches are those described in bennett8’ routine.

Stick in there man, I haven’t really noticed any gains yet either and I’ve been in it for 6 months now.

All you can do do is keep the faith and keep pumping.. literally of course.. :P

If you’re getting improved erections along with the routine you’re probably doing good. Hang in there and don’t get to eager and overdo. It takes years to become a pro and in my opinion at least 5 to become a master.

I’ve only been at this 4 months so I’m still a newbie but I went from 6.2 to 6.8 BPEL in 4 months. Girth gains are harder for me and what I’m focusing on now. I did all the usual straight left right stretches but I think what helped the most were the ones where you put one leg up on a chair and reach from behind and pull back and down. Then alternate. I read that this stretched the ligaments the most and I agree. Also I’ve just started using a 2 inch diameter shaving cream can and I stretch over the top of it while sitting in chair. Just started so it seems good but have no data to back it up.
