2 sessions a day

Hi guys,

I think doing 2 smaller sessions a day instead of a big one.

So i wanted to as your opinions,

Would it be smarter gain-wise doing 2 sessions?

I thought doing 250-300 jelqs in the morning and 100-200 in the evening.

I once did and something like this, 250 jelqs in the morning and 100 in the evening and my unit was fine.


Goal:8" BPEL

5.25" MSEG

Makes more sense to stretch multiple times a day. But if you do, be ready to accept bad EQ. I couldn’t continue it, because EQ got so bad for me and I can’t stand it being smaller.

Many big gainers in the ”big gainer highlights” thread did their session once a day, but 5 days on and 2 off. Included stretching and jelqing.

I am not talking about stretching, im talking about girth work but thanks for the answer anyway :D

If you do not stretch, you may not gain much, it depends on whether the tunic allows it.

My opinion is that one session a day is better, recovery is very important and this depends on your genetics.

You could try doing jelqs and sadsak slinky in order to gain girth, in a single session, I think it’s a better strategy :)

Ah, should’ve said that. Surely jelqing ain’t just girth exercise. By the way, at the bottom of the page you can see “similar threads” section. I recommend checking that out as well.

Ok, thanks for helping.
About the stretching, you mean tunica stretching or ligament (length) ?
Because I added orange bends lately, would that be enough?
