I’ve been on the JP90 newbie program for about 2 weeks although I’ve been doing 2 on 1 off for the most part.. Going stealth is hard.. I haven’t noticed any gains but the flaccid is hanging a little more plump already.. I was blessed with plenty of length so I’m going for girth only. I’ll try to keep a long for motivation.. Can’t wait the 90 days so I can start clamping and getting into the advanced girth exercises.. Question: when can a newbies consider pumping and will that get girth gains?

Welcome SoLong. The feedback you got are good: flaccid gains usually come before hard gains.

Take into consideration pumping after gains with newbie routine will stop. Don’t start with it before this happens. Newbie routine will give you some girth gains, just focus on technique and slow jelqing (5 seconds or more).

Clamping..well, you can start it after 3 months but be really careful. It’s a really intense girth exercise I wouldn’t recommend in the first year of PE training at least. It could potentially lower the total amount of girth gains you’ll achieve.

It’s easy to get over-eager and think that more advanced exercises will automatically translate into more gains. Unfortunately, that’s almost never the case. Do the Newbie Routine until the gains stop. Then consider just ramping up the reps and or sets.

Wow thanks for the advice.. So I can tell you already that I was t jelling slow enough!! I purchased clamps from home depot thinking they would come into play in 90 days but I’ll take your advice and wait even longer.. As for the clamping I purchased a clamp that wouldn’t be intense even at is lowest setting.. I’m only 4.9 EG.. Lol.. I’ll still wait.. What about edging for newbies?

4.9” EG is in the average range, don’t make size complex in your mind. it doesn’t help your length which is extremely high and it makes your gith looks thinner than what it is. Anyway you can have some good satisfaction with PE. Take BP measurement too and use it as reference to compare results.

Once again, I agree with Drako93. A lot of guys are struggling to get to 5” girth and would probably kill for 8 1/2” length. Be happy and work on making it even better.

Edging is fine for newbies. It’ll help cement the gains you achieve, help you gain great control, and it’s fun.

Drako93.. I have taken pics and am currently contemplating posting them here.. I even took a few with the dick inside a toilet paper roll for comparisons years later when I gain more girth.. I need to get to 5.5 EG and then maybe think about 6.0.and true my length always made it look skinnier

Btw so many typos.. I had said I’m going stealth to see if the wife eventually notices any gains

I feel the difference compared to the faster jelqs.. Form and technique is so vital.. Doubling up on this session this evening

That’s a very intense routine for a newbie, especially since you are doubling up, that’s 680 jelqs a day!!! I’m not sure if you want to go that intense because it could lead to injury. Also more intensity doesn’t mean easier gains, some people respond best to lower intensitys rather then high.

Indeed - why rush? If you look through the progress reports, and many of the threads, you’ll see a lot of people have gained better at lower intensity. When I’m getting over eager, I always say to myself “I only have one dick”. Better not break it!

Guys I actually typoed the amount. I only did 150 wet jelqs and 90 V-Jelqs counting each hand as one rep.. JP90 would call this 75 wet Jelqs and 45 V-Jelqs.. Half of what this newbie plan recommends.. Is this still too much for 2 weeks 1/2 weeks in.. Again it’s a typo. I did half of the JP90 daily amount.. 2and half this evening.. Please advise as I am trying may hardest to be patient and avoid injury

Hi man. I think you should conditionate yourself for at least 6 months before messing with clamping. I did 6 months newbie routine before start clamping at 5 minutes with only a few clicks on the clamp. Clamping is the real deal for girth and is very intense, easy to get injuried.

Did not sucks at all, I’m PEing for almost an year and still stuck were I started off: 4.7 MSEG. I’m with both of my feet on avarage range, I think you’re a bit above avarage. Anything gained from now on will be a bonus for your ego.

It’s actually 4.9 and I only say it sucks because my length makes it look skinny.. NBPEL 8 1/2.. Posting pics soon
