3-1 protocol
Hi guys,
I’ve done a newbie program.
Didn’t measured yet, but I don’t see any change so far.
Only my flaccid look bigger.
Doesn’t matter, because I know it can take months/years.
I went to do the 3-1 protocol.
Three days of length exercises and one day for thickness.
I do a different form of exercise every day.
Day 1 pump length (3x 20 minutes 7.5-10 Hg)
Day 2 hanging (3x 20 minutes 2kg)
Day 3 manuals (4x 10 minutes)
(Day 4 clamping (3x 10 minutes))
Is it a good idea that I do different length exercises?
Or should I just pick one?
