3 Months constant PEing and no gains

Hi PE-Friends,

I started about 3 Month ago with PE.

2 days on 1 day off.
The beginner routine.
I did it very constantly and good.

At the the first month I didn’t expect results.neither the second.
But when my third mesurement didn’t show any results I am thinking about changing something in my routine.
I read a few times, that masturbating won’t take effect.
Well, I like jelqing but after 15 Minutes I like masturbate and I did it about every time.
Last night I was to tired to masturbate so I didn’t masturbate after jelqing. This morning my penis looked like half erect, normally it looks little and sweet.
Every body is different, so maybe masturbating does have an effect on me.finally I decided not to masturbate anymore after jelqing.I hope I can stand this.
Maybe it’s to early to do this decision, but I will try.

After three months of no gains it is time to change something up, Santander. Is it possible that you are doing too much? I’m just asking. Maybe masturbating right after jelqing is too much for your unit to handle. But only you can determine that. If you don’t think you are overdoing it then try adding time and reps to your stretching and jelqing and see if that helps.

For some of us masturbation doesn’t seem to have effect, for others seems to have effect. But it isn’t anyway supposed that you can freely masturbate right after (or before) jelqing, is it? ;)
Likely you don’t give time to your member to “accomodate and recover” after exercises, I think you maybe could move masturbation-to-orgasm habit onto non-jelqing/non-stretching days, so your unit gets some relief :)

I would welcome you to the “Hard Gainers Club” but it is probably too early in your PE efforts to consider you a hard gainer.

As you do the exercises, make sure you follow the instructions/videos. With jelqing, you really should do them slowly. Also, learn to listen to how your body responds to the exercises. 2 on 1 off may not be the optimum regimen for you. If your penis is not fatigued after 2 days, you may want to try adding another day or two before your rest day.

Here is my routine:
5 min warm up with a hot water bottle
5 min=Streching in every direction one minute.
5 min=Again streching in every direction one minute.
15 min jelqing (3 seconds per jelq using babyoil)
10 min kegel

I did this 2 days on one off. Yes, I watched the videos. If I have a 100% errection, my unit is still smaller than the 80% of the video! :-)
Yes, I’m thinking of changing my routine a little bit.
I’ll try 3 on and 2 off.
And today I will try not to masturbate. :-)

Well.I keep trying.
I have really better errections now than I had before I found this forum. I am very happy about this.

I’d increase the amount of time you jelq to about 25 minutes, and you need to stretch after jelqing. I typically suggest DLD blasters, which is what I used and still use today.

Do a search on how to do DLD blasters if you don’t already know.

Don’t expect gains after three months. Some guys do; some don’t. It took me 6, 7 months to see measurable gains, and even then, it wasn’t much.

I’d up both the stretching and jelqing to 20 minutes apiece. Not too much, too quickly, though. Gradually work up to that over the next week or so.

Try not masterbating so much, and maybe you will see some increase. If you hold back for about a week you will almost always see some sort of increase than usual.

I have read a health article about sex, it says when we masturbate too much at young age, it will have an effect on our penis from naturally growing big and long.

Alright, it is just something, forget it if you found it’s wrong.

Unless the masturbation techniques they’re thinking of include smashing it in a car door, it won’t affect how your penis grows. I had a friend who masturbated like crazy (supposedly three times a day) and has a 8-9” dick. I know other guys that have done about the same amount and they are average.
