So onto the measurements. I will say this as a caveat. I changed my way of measuring it, in order not to cheat myself those extra millimeters or so. Also I am filling super sick, dehydrated, and probably got the flu/cold. Ughhhh!

I actually am surprised about the ruler showing me that I am 5.5”. This used to be a violent feat, where I would have to dig the ruler deep into the pubic bone. The ruler is now just sitting comfortably over the pubic bone! This is kind of crazy. Now I have to admit, I was very inconsistent last month. 20 out of 34 days in traction. I have now spent ~400 hours in traction. This month I refuse to let things get in the way of PE! Let’s do this. (maybe only 4 hours tonight so I can sleep off this flu/cold)

Impressive! Good job, keep it up! To me extender routines were the hardest to stay consistent with so 20 out of 34 days in traction is wow. Lets see where you are in another 400 hours :D

Thanks Bro! Traction is long and tedious but what I like about it is that I put it on and forget about for a while until the pain kicks in. Hahaha

I see your stats of 5.5 in the beginning to a whopping 8’er!! That is a great motivator for me. I see that 7 years or longer of dedication Bronzeglitter! You are the man!

I wish you best of luck in this journey! For all I can say traction was the best bet as you were skeptic about PE. It’s the best because it is scientifically proven to work, in fact in the most prominent of those studies your device Andropenis was used.

Although now it may feel tedious, as time passes you will get used to it and you will forget you’re extending. You may even forget to measure for several weeks and when you least expect find a nice surprise when you look down there. :)

Hello all, sorry I haven’t posted in a while. I’m knees deep in work currently but found some uninterrupted time.

5 months have passed. I measured myself on February 27th, 2019.

NBPFL: 2 7/8 inches or 7.3 cm (I blame the winter cold)

NBPEL: 5 1/8 inches or 13cm

MFG: 3 3/4 inches or 9.5 cm

MEG: 4 7/16 inches or 11.2 cm

BPFL: 3 5/8 inches or 9.3 cm

BPEL: 5 1/2 inches or ~13.9 cm.

I’m not too surprised that I stayed about the same as last month. I have been very inconsistent. I spent 14 out of 30 days in traction. Each of those days I spent roughly 2.5 hours on average.

Lessons: I am grateful that I didn’t lose any size. I must increase my time in traction. I need to start the newbie jelqing back again. That is all.

Great post and progress. Myself just started with vac tupe device, Penimaster Pro, could have clocked in just over 100 hours, with annoying slippage issues with the need to frequently take it off. But now seeing your gains, I’ll guess, I’ll just persist.

Thanks for the inspiration guys. I’ve started 4X 2 months ago and hope to see gains In another 4 months. I stretch 4 plus hours a day for 6-7 days a week.

Thanks Farhan! When I first started 5 months ago, I was going to get the vacuum tube version but somehow settled on the Andropenis because it looked sturdy lol. I still get slippage, but I work around it to make it more comfortable and slip less. (Still uncomfortable)

1. Decrease the amount of bar attachments. (When it is too long, I slip more easily)
2. I use silicone sleeve, gauze, or foam to decrease chafing.
3. I put the device on while eating, watching TV, internet, sitting to do work, etc. This way an hour can pass without me thinking about it.
4. I warm up my penis with moist or dry heat. (Makes blood flow way better) and do some manual stretches before putting on the device.
5. After I take it off, I apply heat to ensure I have blood flow and use lotions to decrease stretch marks.

I been reading your progress Italian10inch and wow man! You are on a different level than me lol! I made a lot of gains when I was consistently doing 6 days in a row, 4 to 6 hours a day. That is my goal too for this month! Let’s get it!

Thanks. It is my hope to reach my final goal, which to others may seem ridicules. In the end, my wife supports this and I want it. As some of my post show I also fight ED. I plan to find an answer to this. Maybe it’s shockwave, red light, new drugs or injections. Age often causes this problem but I’m determine to figure it out. I also think how lucky we are to have a site like this to hear about new ideas and experiences.

6 Month Progress Update (2+ Days Since Last Measurements)

I have now spent ~519 hours in traction over the course of about 6 months.

I was disappointed in myself last month for being so inconsistent so I over-compensated this month by taking no breaks for 21 consecutive days. I average ~4 hours a day in traction.

March 20, 2019

NBPEL [5 1/8 inches] or [13 cm] (same)
BPEL [5 5/8 inches] or [14.3 cm] (+1/4 inch or +0.4 cm)
NBPFL [2 7/8 inches] or [7.3 cm] (same)
BPFL [3 3/4 inches] or [9.5 cm] (+1/8 inch or +0.2 cm)

BPSFL [5 3/4 inches] or [14.6 cm] <NEW> I decided to start measuring my bone-pressed stretched flaccid to see if this has any correlation with my future growth. It is 1/8” or 0.3 cm longer than my bone-pressed erect length. I think this means that I potentially have that much more newbie growth left.

If you noticed… I grew my BPEL from 5 1/2” to 5 5/8” or 13.9 cm to 14.3 cm !!! It’s not a measuring error because I did it 4 separate times to make sure I wasn’t imagining things. This means I am only 3/8 ” from the big 6! This gives me something to strive for the next 6 months! Wooohooooo!!!
