3 months of penile traction. My experience thus far. My hope revitalized.
Hey everyone, a long time lurker here and novice PE’er. About myself, I learned about “jelqing” from a friend 14 years ago and have never put enough effort into it to see any results.
I always felt insecure and still am about my penis length and girth. My BPEL was 5.1” and max girth about 4.4-4 5” on Oct 20, 2018 (has been this size for ~14 years). As of Nov 22, 2018, I have gained approx. 0.25 inches in non-bone pressed flaccid length/girth. (my goal is have visibly greater length/girth, especially when flaccid) My average/shortest flaccid NPBL was ~2” give or take (sometimes it is 3.8”) and flaccid girth was 3.4/3.6”.
This is what I have done so far.
1. Started penile traction (expensive andropenis device on Oct 20, 2018) and took some before pictures next to a measuring tape. I wear it for 4-8 hours at a time with 5 days on, 2 days break.
2. I have worn the traction device to work and home consistently for 50 days now. It was damn painful on my midshaft, uncircumcised skin. I have decreased pain by using a silicone sleeve over my unretracted forskin. I realized that leaving my foreskin unretracted is superior to pulling my foreskin back behind the corona. By placing the silicone sleeve behind where my head would be(with the thick end behind my head), gave me the most success with the least amount of slippage with the “noose” system.
3. I have used visible red light led therapy(667-700ng) almost daily to enhance healing and warm-up. About 3 joules/cm^2 per treatment. I have the LED bulb about 12 inches from my penis for 1.5 minutes at a time. It subjectively feels like it is doing something. Not sure but no side effects thus far. I hope it mimics injury with vasodilation, increased NO2, provide increase in ATP for cellular division, increase collagen/fibrinogen activity.
3. I have been taking supplements in order to enhance healing. 8g L-arginine and 8g L-citruline, 2g Lysine(I know this may counteract arginine), multivitamin, SuperGreenFood(high amount of phyto nutrients, beet powder, etc), Ashgawhanda root powder, and protein powder(casein and whey).
4. I will only measure and record once a month. I am incorporating 5 minutes of beginner PE routines and stretches while taking daily showers. I have hopes that I will have increased my NBP flaccid length by 0.3” in 3 months on Dec 20, 2018 and an increase in all other parameters. -beyowulfe, newb
