30 Day Routine - Length, Girth, EQ.

It’s been a few days now since I focussed on fixing my Turkey Neck problem and in these couple of days I’ve had the best flaccid hang and biggest erections I can remember! It’s fantastic!

The flaccid hang isn’t just length but girth as well and my erections today have all reached 8”x6.25”BP! I don’t know if this is the result of stretching my Tunica/Skin but I’m going to continue doing it as it seems a little too coincidental to me.

If after a week this keeps up I’ll definitely have to recommend tunica/skin stretching as part of any routine, newbie or advanced.

FYI my tunica/skin stretching is simply grabbing my penis in OK grip above the turkey neck (1st hand) and with my other hand (second hand) gripping just above it and pulling in opposite directions. I occasionally allow the second hand to gently slide up the shaft as it pulls the skin, I do this because of the principal behind Cross Fibre Mobilisation in massage.

To be honest I don’t really have a routine for this.

After I do my morning stretches (for length) I do the tunica/skin stretches. Same goes for Girth sessions in the afternoons.

The tunica/skin stretching sessions vary between 1-5mins BUT I do them alot during the day. Yesterday I did them about 14-15 times. Today so far I’m up to about 9-10 times.

I guess so far I’ve spent about 110-120 minutes doing these stretches.

It might just be me but it kind of feels like I’m stretching the CC in between my hands. Maybe I’m isolating the area I’m stretching, I don’t know.

Time will tell.

No surprisingly I don’t feel any soreness. I would have thought I’d get lymph buildup but so far nothing! For these stretches I’m concentrating on the frequency of the stretch and not the duration. I do these in the shower, when I go to the toilet, when I lay in bed or whenever I get a couple of minutes alone.

I’m thinking once my Turkey Neck has subsided I’m going to do these at the base of my penis to try and increase girth. Might be a while before I get there though.

Thought I might mention since doing these I don’t suffer from spotting like I used to during my jelq sessions.

I like the idea of 2 sessions a day, and it seems to be working well for you. Nice gains!

Not sure if everyone has seen this study, but orgasming only once a week seems to have other benefits, according to this:

The serum testosterone concentrations of 28 male volunteers were investigated daily during abstinence period after ejaculation. We found that fluctuations of testosterone levels from day 2 to day 5 of abstinence were minimal. On day 7 of abstinence, a peak of serum testosterone appeared, reaching 145.7% of the baseline (P<0.01). After the peak, no regular fluctuation was observed. Ejaculation was the premise and beginning of the 7 days’ periodic phenomenon. If there was no ejaculation, there was no periodical changes in serum testosterone level. These results indicate that the periodic change in serum testosterone level is caused by ejaculation.

Lol. But sounds like a really solid way to eliminate this, I am going to try this. Very creative. Have you read anywhere about the same stretching of the skin that you do? So you do these for 2 hours a day?

That’s the study I’ve read and another one said too many orgasms in a short period of time can actually lower resting levels testosterone.

All day routines are weird, in my opinion.

You have to warm up before an exercising. Therefore if you do small exercises throughout the day, you have to re-warm up all the time. It’s better to just warm up and then exercise. So I’m not too sure about your routine there :P

If you read my previous posts you would have noticed I stated my penis is warm all day (except in the first 2-3 days of starting a routine).

As for doing one lot of exercise. I did that for 9 months and gained about 1/3”. Since then I’ve split my routine up and in about 45 days I’ve picked up around 0.5” length and another 0.125” in girth. My routine works for me and I’ve had no injuries or problems.

Turtling
I only get turtling after my stretching sessions and when I do the following session the next morning I will do one direction less than the day before. If turtling continues after that session I do one less direction for the following session (the next morning). Eventually I get to a point where I can stretch without turtling. I began doing 11 directions, at the moment I’m doing 6.

Turkey Neck
It’s been more than a week now and my turkey neck has improved by a little more than 50%. I think I’ll keep doing the tunic/skin stretch’s that got me to this point and I would recommend it for others to try. (See post #31)

Girth Work: Afternoons
I’ve been rather lazy this last week with girth work so I’ve picked up where I left off. The last days 2 days of girth work I’ve been doing my wet jelqs but there has been no expansion girth-wise, there’s plenty of length expansion but no girth. Towards the end of my routine I did some squeezes that are kind of like manual clamping.

I basically form a fist around the base of my penis with my pinky finger against my pelvis and my thumb/index near the middle of the shaft. With a 80%-90% erection I squeeze my penis starting with my pinky and slowly close each of my fingers in turn (up to thumb/index finger) and squeeze the blood into the end of my shaft. I would hold this for 20-30seconds and then do a kegel and repeat the squeeze (pinky, ring, middle, index/thumb) and force more blood into the end and hold again for 20-30seconds. I would repeat this 3 times then do roughly 10 jelqs to move the blood around and then I would perform another set of 3 squeezes.

Doing this I was managing greater girth expansion then simply wet jelqing and the expansion in my glans and mid shaft gave me a satisfying feeling. I’ll continue doing this towards the end of girth session with 4 sets of squeezes (12 squeezes in total) and 10 or so jelqs in between.

I’ve noticed at night before going to sleep my erection has more girth. In a previous post I mentioned I have more girth and less length after a stretch session and after a jelq session I would have more length and less girth. From doing these squeezes in conjunction with jelqing my bedtime erections are longer and thicker.

Note: These squeezes are pretty intense. If you’re going to do them please take care! Even I feel a little worried and work with caution when doing them. :)

Break Time! Phew
I realised 2 days ago that I’ve been doing my routine for about 36 days, 6 more then I planned and I’m starting to develop a blister just behind the glans. I stopped all PE 2 days ago except for the kegels and last night before bed my erection was alot bigger than normal. Did a quick measure and I was peaking at 8.2”x6.125” BP! Awesome! :cheerlead

I’ve just about reached my length goal and in another 12 days time when I start doing my 30 day routine again I’ll do another measure and see if there is any shrinkage/growth. My goal is NBP 8.25x6.5 which means I need to gain another 0.25-0.35 length and another ~0.4” in girth. Hopefully after another 60 days of PE I’ll get my desired length and then I can focus solely on girth.

After 14 months of PE I’ve gained 0.125” of girth. I think it’s going to be a long time before I get that magic 6.5. If I get it.
