Turtling
I only get turtling after my stretching sessions and when I do the following session the next morning I will do one direction less than the day before. If turtling continues after that session I do one less direction for the following session (the next morning). Eventually I get to a point where I can stretch without turtling. I began doing 11 directions, at the moment I’m doing 6.
Turkey Neck
It’s been more than a week now and my turkey neck has improved by a little more than 50%. I think I’ll keep doing the tunic/skin stretch’s that got me to this point and I would recommend it for others to try. (See post #31)
Girth Work: Afternoons
I’ve been rather lazy this last week with girth work so I’ve picked up where I left off. The last days 2 days of girth work I’ve been doing my wet jelqs but there has been no expansion girth-wise, there’s plenty of length expansion but no girth. Towards the end of my routine I did some squeezes that are kind of like manual clamping.
I basically form a fist around the base of my penis with my pinky finger against my pelvis and my thumb/index near the middle of the shaft. With a 80%-90% erection I squeeze my penis starting with my pinky and slowly close each of my fingers in turn (up to thumb/index finger) and squeeze the blood into the end of my shaft. I would hold this for 20-30seconds and then do a kegel and repeat the squeeze (pinky, ring, middle, index/thumb) and force more blood into the end and hold again for 20-30seconds. I would repeat this 3 times then do roughly 10 jelqs to move the blood around and then I would perform another set of 3 squeezes.
Doing this I was managing greater girth expansion then simply wet jelqing and the expansion in my glans and mid shaft gave me a satisfying feeling. I’ll continue doing this towards the end of girth session with 4 sets of squeezes (12 squeezes in total) and 10 or so jelqs in between.
I’ve noticed at night before going to sleep my erection has more girth. In a previous post I mentioned I have more girth and less length after a stretch session and after a jelq session I would have more length and less girth. From doing these squeezes in conjunction with jelqing my bedtime erections are longer and thicker.
Note: These squeezes are pretty intense. If you’re going to do them please take care! Even I feel a little worried and work with caution when doing them. :)
