30 Day Routine - Length, Girth, EQ.
Hi everybody! New to this forum and I thought I’d post my routine and some of the things I’ve experienced while doing this.
My routine was planned for 30 days. 30 days of PE, no breaks and no more then 1 orgasm per week. The routine was split into two parts during the day kinda like Mem’s Routine. So here goes.. (Sorry, it’s long, I’ll try and break it down)
Morning: Length
The moment I wake I would do my stretches lying in bed. I do this in bed due to a better stretch and being able to relax more easily, standing causes you to tense your pelvic floor muscles as it’s an involuntary action your body does to assist all other skeletal muscles in standing upright, perhaps same reason why some people have better EQ sitting or lying down then standing(?).
I stretch for 1 minute in 11 directions and I hold a tight stretch, tight enough to feel pull from pelvic region to the glans but not tight enough to cause pain, pain is bad! No warm up (I’ll explain later).
Straight Out, Down, Up, Left, Right, Down and Left, Up and Right, Down and Right, Up and Left, Out and Right, Out and Left.
NOTE: SO, SD, SU, L, R are kinda self explanatory but for those who aren't following Down and Left is stretching my penis down and to the left, kinda halfway between SD and Left.
This is all I do for the mornings. I find during my stretches I begin to get an erection, I stretch through this unless the erection exceeds 60%, when it does I stop stretching and wait for it to subside to about 30-40%. I find stretching while slightly engorged gives me a better all round stretch. I feel it in the suspensory ligament, I feel it in the tunica, I feel it in the septum and I feel it in the CC. After most sessions I get no turtling, but there are some days where it turtles for 30-60mins. Once turtling has disappeared my FL is 6.5"x5.25" (a big improvement from a regular FL of 4.5-5"x5").
The In-Between Kegels:
2 Hours after completing the stretch routine I would do 20 quick clench kegels (kegel as fast as I can 20 times) then after 30mins I hold a kegel for as long as I can for 5 sets then wait another 30mins and do the 20 quick kegels. I considered this approach as after a bit of reading, research and investigation the pelvic floor muscles are skeletal muscles and therefore the same training stimulus used in gyms should be applied here. More IS too much!
This routine of kegelling based on 8 hours between routines will do: 80 Quick Kegels and 15 Long Kegels. More if you have a longer break
I would stop doing kegels 2 hours before beginning my girth routine.
Afternoon: Girth
This routine generally follows around 8 hours after doing the morning routine. By this time my penis has had enough time to relax and "heal" I guess you could say. My penis is still warm from the morning routine and it’s nice and pliable. Again, I don’t do a warm up.
Wet jelqs are all I did. I used a massage oil with jojoba extract and a warming ingredient. I would start at 0% Erection then jelq into a 50% erection and maintain a gentle jelqing motion to make my penis more supple yet retain the size, from this I’d try and jelq to higher erection level and "relax it". I would do this for as long as my penis could handle. I never set a definite time limit for jelqing as each day you might be able to do more or less then the previous. Generally my jelq sessions would last from as short as 10mins to as long as 40mins.
At the beginning of the 30 days I was experiencing some incredible expansion, almost like a zen jelq I was utterly focused on the expansion. Those first few days my size was ballooning to 8.5x6.5 NBP. It was incredible! My cock felt like a meat pole and yet at that size I wasn’t truly erect! I found I was still able to bend and twist it in a way you can only really do while flaccid and after finishing the routine my FL expanded to about 7.5"x6".
This is the basis of my routine and it is done EVERY day. I got to 27 days but then stopped to do a liver detox. Now my current measurement is 7.5x6.125 NBP. I was 7.125x6 NBP when I began. I notice an increase simply by how much of my hands I can get on my penis (2 hands and 2 fingers, previously 2hands 1 finger) and by a mole I have at the base of the shaft, the mole has moved almost 0.5" away from the base.
The things I've noticed while doing this routine:
I’ve noticed a few things during the day and night after doing each routine which strangely enough contradict the purpose of each routine, for example:
-2 Hours after stretching I begin doing my kegels, after the first set of kegels I watch a bit of porn and "inspire" an erection for more bloodflow. During this erect period I’ve noticed my penis is shorter, about 0.25-0.5" shorter then normal EL BUT it’s 0.25-0.4" larger in girth.
-After the girth routine I don’t touch my penis again, I leave it alone, it needs to rest but at night in bed I tend to think dirty thoughts about my hot roommate, the sexy hairdresser who cut my hair or even just a random honey I saw that day. Naturally I get an erection and strangely enough the girth is about 0.25" less but the length is 0.25-0.5" longer!
These two little things have struck me as odd. One would think a particular exercise would encourage growth/expansion in the form it was used. IE: Stretching makes it longer, Jelqing makes it fatter. I’ve found this has been the opposite for me. This is why I’m beginning to think stretching and girth work should be done in conjunction with each other. *I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this same thing."
My Warm Up:
As mentioned above, I don’t do a warm up, or at least not a warm up like so many of you do using hotpacks, rice socks, wet towels etc. I never used these things when I did gymnastics or basketball, we always warmed up with a light routine slowly increasing intensity.
-For stretching If my penis feels tight and short I don’t pull to max pull, I start at about 50% and pull SO for 10-15 secs then relax, I repeat this, gradually increasing the stretch to 100% and once at this level give a few gentle dry jelqs.
-For Jelqing I mentioned I use a warming massage oil, I also begin at 0% erection, as I massage the oil in and arouse myself and by the time the serious jelqing begins I’m nice and warm right through.
By the 3rd day I no longer needed to do any sort of wam up, when I wake my penis is warm to the touch, engorged and awfully pliable and this lasts right up until I go to sleep.
Pre/Post PE Habits:
I’ve noticed a few people take gingko for circulation. I personally prefer green tea without milk or sugar as a study has found green tea improves circulation by up to 15% however a protein in milk prevents this from happening for some as yet unknown reason (I’m trying to find a http: source for this as this story is in a Mens Health magazine of mine). Basically what I’m saying is, after I’ve finished my stretching routine in the morning I have a cup of green tea, some days I’ve forgotten and my flaccid hang during the day seems to be considerably less, might be my imagination but it does seem to happen. I also have a cuppa after my girth session.
No doubt some of you are going to say tea should be avoided because of the caffeine but the caffeine in tea acts as a vasodilator (hence the potential 15% circulation improvement). Not to mention the numerous health benefits drinking tea brings.

I also try and drink 4-5 litres of water per day and eat plenty of fresh fruit a vegetables.
Something I noticed with my Penis:
When I stretch I always feel the best stretches SD, L and R. Doing straight down I feel a stretch in the suspensory and in the ligament* along the top of my penis. Stretching to the sides I feel a stretch in the CC and the fundiform ligament’s.
*I put Ligament in italics for a reason. All the literature I’ve read, all the illustrations I’ve perused I’ve never seen or heard mention of a ligament in the vessel of the penis itself. This so called ligament I feel stretching along the top isn’t a ligament at all, it’s the Dorsal Veins. The Dorsal veins run along the top (superficial dorsal vein and deep dorsal vein) and pass up through the suspensory ligament. The stretch one feels in the SD position is the stretching of the dorsal veins and at the base of the penis, the suspensory ligament. There are no ligaments in a penis. The CC and CS contain elastin but this doesn’t classify it as a ligament. A ligament attaches one end of muscle to bone and this case the Suspensory Ligament attaches to the Pubic Symphysis.
I’m sorry, I just had to clear this "ligament" issue up :)
Correct me if I’m wrong.
The BC Muscle:
While lying in bed I was experimenting with different positions during stretching. I found when I’m on my back and I spread my legs the blood drains from my penis but when I bring legs together my penis swells. This got me thinking that doing Kegels isn’t actually tensing the BC muscle but the surrounding pelvic floor muscles that contract around the BC muscle and force the blood out of it and into the penis. However I noticed my kegels are alot stronger while standing then they are while sitting and lying down.
This is all I can think of for the time being, as I notice more things I’ll post them.
My current size is 7.5x6.125 NBP but with Cialis I’m 7.8x6, makes me wonder how big we really are without cialis/viagra or a partner to stimulate us?
