3rd Day On P.E - Help Me

Yesterday was my 3rd day on P.E. I’m going light. 30 seconds stretches down, up, right, left, and BTC, 2 times each one. (5 min warm with heat pad before).
Jelqings I’m not going for 200 because I think it is too much. I did 180 in my 1st day, and 120 in my 3rd day. And the 50 kegels after ofc.
I wanted you guys to give me some tips on how to do a more safe jelqing and stretch. Also, today was suposed to be my second day after yesterday, and tomorrow my rest day (2 on 1 off), but I felt that my penis was a little fatigued yesterday so I decided to rest today.
One more thing, I got a little redness on some parts of my glans, is that normal?
