3rd Day On P.E - Help Me

Yesterday was my 3rd day on P.E. I’m going light. 30 seconds stretches down, up, right, left, and BTC, 2 times each one. (5 min warm with heat pad before).

Jelqings I’m not going for 200 because I think it is too much. I did 180 in my 1st day, and 120 in my 3rd day. And the 50 kegels after ofc.

I wanted you guys to give me some tips on how to do a more safe jelqing and stretch. Also, today was suposed to be my second day after yesterday, and tomorrow my rest day (2 on 1 off), but I felt that my penis was a little fatigued yesterday so I decided to rest today.

One more thing, I got a little redness on some parts of my glans, is that normal?

I got a question, is reverse kegels necessary in my routine? Or just regular kegels is ok? What is the function of reverse kegels? I still don’t know how to do them properly.

One thing about stretches by hand or with an extender, since the force exerted by a spring under a given amount of compression can vary both from production (there are calibrated springs) and over time (the qualities of springs can change over time), is you can’t quantify how much force you’re exerting, much less communicate it. It does seem like there’s a sweet spot when it comes to stretching where too much is counter productive. Hangers seem to be ideal for stretching because you can clearly quantify how much force their exerting and thereby come to know what force parameters are producing the best results.

For myself, I gave up high force stretching, clamping, and jelqing for light pumping and light hanging and seem to have gotten significant benefit from low force methods.

Any kegels are good. They strengthen the muscles that keep the blood in the penis. Just keep you what you are doing. you are on the right track.

If you what to know what a kegel is suppose to feel like… Next time that you are peeing… Just stop your pee mid-stream. that’s a kegel.

I kind of having same thoughts, I’m on my 4th day I don’t think to take off-days atm. I feel like my PP is joking on me telling me “when you masturb, you actually jelq me better”
I do warm up in hot bath with towel heated up warm water, than stretches for 5min with lubricating then jelq for 20-25min, but my PP so strong I getting arousal from that jelqing and I go for masturb almost right after.
Also sometimes not enough blood I must get myself arousal to keep it 50-70% erected.
Kegels with erected and also without to strengthen the muscles.

Nice topic, I’m also like you concered about my jelq method , hope I’m not wasting my time doing 3 month routine.

If kegels are the muscles you use to stop peeing, reverse kegels are the muscles you use when you are pushing it out harder. Reverse kegels help reduce premature ejaculation.

If you do kegels you also need to do reverse kegels to keep the muscles balanced, i.e., equal in strength.

Thats good to know 32quarters. I rarely do any reverse kegels. I kegel between every jelq stroke tho.

Do you think incorporating more reverse kegels would help me hold my load longer or is the benefit mainly for helping combat premature ejaculation?

Those are basically the same thing so yes I think you’d benefit from adding RK to your routine.

Reverse Kegels help premature ejaculation? I need this!! I still don’t know how to do them, I can (sort of) make my pee go faster and thats the reverse right? But when I’m not peeing I can’t!

I can do normal kegels easily, I can even see my penis going back when I do kegels and when I release it goes to normal position again.

But reverse, I still don’t know how to do it. Please, give me some tips on how to learn to perform them. If they help premature ejac this is something I’m really interested in working more!

It’s weird to explain, but kegels are definitely good to do. I usually do them in my routine after I build up to max erection, to kind of force cool it down so I can go back to 60% erection to jelq.

I noticed, a kegel during sex tightens the muscle and keeps the blood in the penis.
A reverse kegel relaxes the muscle and lets the blood flow through the penis.

I’ve been using this during sex and I see great responses from my girl, the reverse kegel will fatten up my jimmy, and a quick flex kegel will get me rock hard for a few seconds to get those hard to reach places.

The purpose of me saying this was to show you that there can be practical use for those techniques. I’m still figuring it out, but I noted what I’ve experienced.

How do I do reverse kegels? I still have no idea, this “increase pee flow” didnt helped
