Hi everyone!

Having lurked around the forum as a guest and managing to sign up as a member a few months ago, I’ve finally taken the plunge and produce my first post. I started this evening with some dry jelqing for 20minutes on and off, using the OK and C methods described in this forum - no warmup or warmdown, tbh I didn’t really have a plan. My measurements are, 4.5 EL, 5.0 BPEL, 4.75 EG. I’m 5’6’ and weight 182 pounds (13 stones), of far east/asian decent. I’m about 1.5 to 2 stones over my ideal BMI, and of stocky build, explaining my .5inch difference between EL and BPEL.

My situation is that I hardly get any private time to myself, I need a routine thats fairly discrete.I usually have a quick shower in the evening, then take maybe 1 hour infront of the pc (usually my quiet time) before sleeping. Can anyone here give me advice on the most efficient methods I should be trying for my situation?

My short term target EL would be 6inches, I think thats realistic, with a longer term of 7’.

If privacy is your main problem, then try something like: 5 x 30sec manual stretches and 4 x 30 reps of overhand ok grip at 3sec strokes. You can complete this routine in less than 15 minutes.

You should do a search on a member called YGuy. He went from 4.5 x 4.5 to 8” BPEL x 5.5” EG! It is most definitely possible my brother. Completely possible.

You have to think of becoming proficient at PE becoming a master of a Martial Art. If you want to become a Kung Fu master, it doesn’t happen overnight right? You have to learn the You have to slowly work up to being able to break 10 pine boards with your hands and doing leg splits! It takes time to do the hard core exercises in PE just like it takes time to do the hard core ice-block breaks in Martial Arts.

You have to visualize your dick turning into the dick that you want. You have to make your breathing rhythmic - breathe in, breathe out - while jelqing and at the same time be visualizing the dick you want.

Do that consistently and diligently. For like 15 to 30mins each day after a 5 min warm up with heat and you will see results. You should go easy on the grip at first (intensity) then you can increase it. You should experience better erections, more erections, and just better all around dick health.

Once you are at least semi familiar how the basics of PE you can start doing mini stretching sessions every time you go to the bathroom. just make sure it has a lock or if a public bathroom use a stall.

Lee Beast, I’ve been looking through your past posts for tips.I’m uncut which means when I’m dry jelqing, my skin seems to slide alot - is this effective, or should I be pressing in a bit firmer? Definitely stretching seems to be a problem, I’m not sure if I’m doing it right - I’m pulling just under my mushroom (thats the gland right?) and stretching that way for 30 seconds at a time.

I really need to do reps and follow the routine instead of doing it randomly..

Also, can’t help but whack one off straight after I’ve done some dry jelqing.after cumming, my unit shrinks.does this effectively negate all the jelqing and stretching done in the same session - should I resist the urge to do this?

Hey 4.5,

I’m uncut too! This causes me no problems at all when it comes to jelqing. I simply get my cock hard at around 50% erect, pull the foreskin back as far as possible - without feeling any discomfort - and jelq from the base by pushing as far into my fat pad as possible.

If you have to, pull your foreskin back with one hand and hold, then form the ok grip (overhand seems to be the best choice for me) with the jelqing hand right at the base and proceed to jelq till you reach about 1/2” below the glan. When you reach the end of a rep, keep your grip quite firm and slide the foreskin backdown and begin the next rep.

Seems like your stretching is fine, if you still think you’re doing this incorrectly, then just grip 1/2” below the glan and very slowly begin your stretch and hold.

Personally, I don’t wank after my sessions, I just simply do some extremely light jelqs till my cock goes so soft that no amount of Viagra is going to help! After you cum (after a good sex session), the cock generally shrinks anyway as the blood leaves the CC and CS so I don’t see how this could be a negative effect to a PE session. Quite a few guys on this board cum after a session but they also have this urge under control after a few weeks of PEing.
