Can I masturbate after my session

My session is presently

4 x 50 jelqs
Then 10 x 10 with a light, 5 second horse 440 after each set.

After that I usually am so stimulated I can´t see why not masturbate. I have good control of myself and I last long in bed and shoot large loads, so I don´t see a reason not to. However, not seeing a reason not to isn´t good enough when we´re talking about possible damage to Mr.Happy so if anybody here knows of any reason why my hand and my penis shan’t be bound in holy masturbony after my session, speak now, or later, that´s ok.

Well, I don’t see why masturbation after PE workout is bad… Maybe your penis is tired enough after the torture :) Give him times to relax and to relieve the pain due to PE exercises.

I tend to experience excessive soreness whenever doing that. So NO.

I believe that the longer you keep the penis filled with the blood the better.So after a good workout if you have sex or if you masturbate you are keeping the penis engorged, hence expanded.

You can masturbate before or after PE, though it is advised that there is a 1-2 hour interval either way. :)

It’s all about habits, I think. Masturbatinig after a good girth session is good, but I changed my habits. Before it was much harder for me not to masturbate, nowadays I can easily stop and do whatever.

Why I did this:
1- I wanna cut down masturbating to see if my power will increase (Taoist kung fu- spinning kick sex!)
2- I believe it really affects gains, slows them down.

If you ejaculate while clamping you will be amazed how much your penis balloons. Makes kegals seem childsplay. Sometimes too much and I have to release clamp a little. I then rest with the most amazing clamp ever to keep the engourgement.
