Hi, I just did my first routine and I [still] have a couple of questions and was hoping to get some opinions/responses from you guys on them. I’m doing the “Newbie Routine.”
1.) When I do the 10 30-second stretches do I do them towards my LOT? Or do I just go like clockwise upper-left to the ceiling, upper-right to the ceiling, lower-right to the ground, then lower-left to the ground until I finish my 10? Also, when I stretch aren’t I supposed to be flaccid?
2.) When I’m doing my 200 Wet Jelq’s am I supposed to feel anything? I felt that I was doing it and it did appear that my glans (“head) was getting bigger as I got closer to it, but I wasn’t sure if it’s supposed to be hurting or what not when I finish or if it’s supposed to feel like it’s about to burst?
3.) Is it alright if you “get off” right after your PE session? I know this has been asked a bunch of times but when I search for it I get a bunch of non-relevant threads even if I further-specify my “keywords.” On this question I’m really looking for a majority opinion leaning towards whether it’s alright too or not [a response from someone like Bib or somebody would be great].
~If I do “get off” will it effect my gains in any way? If so, how?
4.) Should I be feeling any certain way after my workout? What would be a good sign of a good workout? Because I don’t really seem to feel anything right now just pretty much ‘normal’ with the exception that my PC muscle seems to feel a little ‘cold’ right now, which by the way I have no idea what that means :p . As we speak when I flex my PC muscle right now I still feel like I could do another 50 maybe, like I still seem to have that same ‘response’ I got before from it.
5.) When I do my Jelq’s am I supposed to do them in the direction of my LOT or am I supposed to do them down towards the ground or just in front of me or what?
6.) Does the time of day that I perform my PE matter? Is it better to do my PE in the morning or at night or right before I go to sleep? Or does it not even matter?
7.) Will doing this routine or any other routine ever result in having a “skinnier dick”? If so, how would I be able to tell what routines would mean that or what known routines/exercises would do that? Also, isn’t it true that hanging will make your dick skinnier? How are you supposed to counter this if indeed I/’you’ indeed do decide to hang.
Well I think that’s all for now :spin: , some of these questions I’ve been wondering since before today and I couldn’t seem to find a solid answer for, or couldn’t actually find a thread really relevant to what I was asking. I hope to hear from you guys soon on answers to these!
