Hi, I just did my first routine and I [still] have a couple of questions and was hoping to get some opinions/responses from you guys on them. I’m doing the “Newbie Routine.”

1.) When I do the 10 30-second stretches do I do them towards my LOT? Or do I just go like clockwise upper-left to the ceiling, upper-right to the ceiling, lower-right to the ground, then lower-left to the ground until I finish my 10? Also, when I stretch aren’t I supposed to be flaccid?

2.) When I’m doing my 200 Wet Jelq’s am I supposed to feel anything? I felt that I was doing it and it did appear that my glans (“head) was getting bigger as I got closer to it, but I wasn’t sure if it’s supposed to be hurting or what not when I finish or if it’s supposed to feel like it’s about to burst?

3.) Is it alright if you “get off” right after your PE session? I know this has been asked a bunch of times but when I search for it I get a bunch of non-relevant threads even if I further-specify my “keywords.” On this question I’m really looking for a majority opinion leaning towards whether it’s alright too or not [a response from someone like Bib or somebody would be great].
~If I do “get off” will it effect my gains in any way? If so, how?

4.) Should I be feeling any certain way after my workout? What would be a good sign of a good workout? Because I don’t really seem to feel anything right now just pretty much ‘normal’ with the exception that my PC muscle seems to feel a little ‘cold’ right now, which by the way I have no idea what that means :p . As we speak when I flex my PC muscle right now I still feel like I could do another 50 maybe, like I still seem to have that same ‘response’ I got before from it.

5.) When I do my Jelq’s am I supposed to do them in the direction of my LOT or am I supposed to do them down towards the ground or just in front of me or what?

6.) Does the time of day that I perform my PE matter? Is it better to do my PE in the morning or at night or right before I go to sleep? Or does it not even matter?

7.) Will doing this routine or any other routine ever result in having a “skinnier dick”? If so, how would I be able to tell what routines would mean that or what known routines/exercises would do that? Also, isn’t it true that hanging will make your dick skinnier? How are you supposed to counter this if indeed I/’you’ indeed do decide to hang.

Well I think that’s all for now :spin: , some of these questions I’ve been wondering since before today and I couldn’t seem to find a solid answer for, or couldn’t actually find a thread really relevant to what I was asking. I hope to hear from you guys soon on answers to these!

This site is known for people who are very willing and able to help and most go above and beyond the call. With that being said, they only help those who help themselves. I’ve seen all but one of your questions answered in various threads on this board. Now, I HATE reading for research (I am purely a recreational reader) so I know that if I have found answers ANYONE can.

Now with that being said I will do my best to answer your questions.

1) YOu can stretch anyway your heart desires. If you are sure of your LOT then you can focus stretchingin the OPPOSITE direction (low LOT=high angle, HIGH=low angle). But don’t limit yourself. Find where it “feels” the best and pull in that direction. You will find places where it feels to pull more than others. I think these are the areas you need to focus on.

2) When you are doing your wet jelqs you are supposed to feel your penis expanding and filling with blood…no more. We don’t do anything in PE that hurts…ANYTHING. Fatigue, yes, slight soreness, maybe, but we do anything to stay away from hurting or pain. And as far as it feeling like bursting….ARE YOU INSANE!?….that is STRICKLY out of the question. After a jelqing session you want it to be full and IMHO slightly pinkish, and a slightly fatigued feel is a good sign for me I have found.

3) OH NO!!! Somebody hold Westla back!!! Read his signature I think it is something to the tune of MASTURBATION DOES NOT AFFECT GAINS! But I am paraphrasing.

4) See answer 2. A good fatigued but hung feel is a good sign of a good routine (for me anyway) Check out the Sparkyx’s PI thread link in my signature. It may help a bit.

5)As far as the direction of jelqing. You can do it in any direction really. Some do it straight out (that is my perferred method) I have heard of some that do it straight down. I don’t know that it really matters, but someone else may want to chime in on this point.

6) The time of day is totally up to your body. When does it feel the best to do. Someguys like the morning because they feel that there unit isd more reseptive because of good blood flow. Some break it up over the course of the day. Some do it in the evening before bed. You have to determine this one for yourself. I will say this, I think it does matter, but you have to figure out what time is best for you. Like most things in PE, it is different for everyone.

7) I think I’ll leave this one to someone who is more informed about the physiologics of the penis.

In answer to question 7:
After 5 months of PE and some nice gains (well I think they are nice) I don’t believe that the newbie routine results in a skinner dick at all, but don’t quote me as I haven’t followed it exactly and have added random variations every session or so. I have gained .75” in length and .3” in girth and generally get better quality erections. I’m pretty sure if you use a mixture of jelqing and stretching you will gain in both, I usually like to stretch first and then do a bit of dry jelqing at low erection level to enforce any results from the stretching, then move on to wet jelq at a higher erection level (probably about 60-70) for girth work. Hope this helps!

N.b. I don’t know much about hanging, but from what I have read if you incorporate a bit of jelqing into a hanging routine then you shouldn’t lose any girth.

I do read alot, and I mean alot on here.. Note the date I joined, and when I posted my first post.. There was about 2 weeks atleast in between there, and all I’ve done ever since is pretty much read read read on anything and everything I can on here, there is so much information on here! The reason why I asked these questions, was because despite all the threads I had read that I thought (either by the title or something else, such as it simply being a search result) had answered my questions I was searching for answers for, they all always seemed to end in something like an opinion, like it always seemed to end with the discussion still open to debate. That is why I asked these questions, I asked them exactly how I was asking them to myself in my head as well, and as a result I’ll be able to help people better whenever I happen to see a question being asked pertaining to one of the questions I had myself at one point, which has now been answered by you two it seems.

But of course, ANYBODY ELSE DON'T HESITATE TO THROW IN YOUR OWN OPINIONS, AND/OR KNOWN FACTS! :cool: . Maybe some other newbies [or not] could ask some questions they always wonder too, and this thread could quickly become a good reference thread for them, and possibly for many others as well. Then why ask again? You already know that there are two answers to the question and that, in the end, you have to decide for yourself.

OK. I give up. YES, it makes a ton of difference. One tiny drop of cum negates the whole work-out. In fact, it reverses things and gives you negative gains. Your penis actually shrinks even more than it normally would. Do Not Ever Masturbate while doing a PR routine or you’ll be sorry!!

I think that when you sign up, the first thing you read in your confirmation email should be that masturbation doesn’t affect gains.
