couple questions
Hi everybody, I’m sorta new to the site :) and I just have a couple questions. Yes yes, I have read through all the guidelines and such and instructions and whatnot, but I also don’t do too well on the reading comprehension things in English class, and I suppose a direct response to these questions would help me significantly. My LOT, how do i determine this? I read the run-through and just got totally lost in all of these calculations and data :( This would help me because I’m not to sure what i should focus on, the easy gains or the harder ones. Another question I had is by not warming does it decrease gains? Or does warming only prevent injuries? I suppose I have a few more but they kind of branch off of these two responses and can easily be answered by myself once my LOT has been figured out. Thank you in advance :)
