Does masturbation affect gains?

First off, READ this thread before going mad (looking at Westla ;) )

I believe to a certain extent, and used in the correct manner, that masturbation may affect gains - positively.

After ejaculation the penis tends to “turtle”, and the penile tissues are fatigued as a result of this.

Now obviously if you were to follow masturbation with a jelqing or Uli session, you would encounter problems reaching the desired erection level for those particular exercises.

My theory is, however, if you were to follow up masturbation with a hanging session, or an ADS, this would possible help, rather than hinder, gains.

I know that masturbation doesnt really affect the ligs enough to fatigue them, but seeing as masturbation and ejaculation exhausts the penis, I feel that this *may* help in some way.

I have been doing this on and off for a few weeks now and I feel I may be onto something.

Is there any chance I am making logical sense here, or have my long working hours finally pushed me over the edge?!

Slackjawedyokel I happen to agree with you.my workout consists of stretches then 20 min hang with 7 pounds.light jelq during rest then I stretch straight out with two bungees fastened below my keyboard at my desk I use the mini bungees and I can put as many on as I like to get good straight out stretch or more on one side or the the other to stretch sideways.I do this for twenty minutes followed again by light jelq I then resume the straight out stretch for another twenty. I then jelq for 15 to 20 minutes before clamping off a nice erection. I then edge for as long as possible then ejaculate. After that I hang for another twenty straight down.I get a good tired feeling in my ligs by then and I feel like I get a really good balanced workout.also I feel that it stretches my willy lower after ejaculating.I may be full of b.s but thats what I’ve been doing. Only two weeks into so nothing much in the way of gains yet but I’m feeling confident I will see some results soon

I didnt really make that clear.

I was saying that the penis turtles after ejaculation, and the penile tissues are fatigued from ejaculation.

I haven’t even started pe yet, I’m still reading up on some things, so I can’t comment on gains.

Maybe I’m an exception to the norm, but my penis seems to be fuller after masturbation or sex. I have a nice, longer than usual flacid hang for a couple of hours. Maybe it’s just me though.

But if masturbation positively affects your gains, then I should be on my way to a 14 inch schlong! Lol

Penile tissues are not fatigued at all, simply reacting to the insurge of prolactin, an erection killer, following ejaculation which is just a stage of your refractory period. After that, however long that may last for you, you will notice that your flaccid size bounces back to its normal level and if you have had a PE workout prior to ejaculating, sometimes larger than normal for you.

Masturbation does not fatigue penile tissues either, but if you do ejaculate…Boing… in the down direction. All temporary and no effect on workout gain if you had a good PE day.

Speaking from my own experience, my current routine consists of 100 dry jelqs in the morning and at night I do 2 15 minute clamp sessions. During both clamping sessions I am masturbating the entire time and edging to get maximum expansion. When I am finished I take the clamp off and then finish myself off…every time. The only reason I do this is because if I don’t I will have the biggest blue balls about an hour later. I have seen no effect on my gains other than positive ones. I may be the exception but I don’t use an ADS anymore, all I do is jelqing and clamping and I am seeing great gains. Also, I can’t say for sure 100% but I swear that through the last couple years of high school my dick got at least 1/2” bigger from all the masturbating I was doing so it can’t be all that bad for PE gains.
