If masturbating stretches and warms up the penis, wouldn’t it be beneficial to do your routine after a wank?

While I don’t believe masturbating after your routine “reverses” anything, I do agree that doing it before is counterproductive. There are several hormones/chemicals released at ejaculation that tend to work against you. Most guys don’t feel like working out after their release. You could always give it a try and let us know how it goes. :)

Cool.so should you also limit it to maybe 2-3 times a week.and doing it on days off is ok too right?. I am naturally at 7.5 length and 5 girth.I want to be 8 length and 6 girth.so what could I do for girth exercises?

Masterbation

I have found out if you masterbate before you jelquing exercise it works better beacouse it allowed the penis to go relaxed stage and there for you can get a true blood flow to it

Considering that I am 18, I can only hope that its normal, but my EQ is through the roof when I wake up. If I do not “release the pressure” than my erection often lasts well over an hour which can often be a bad thing because I have class early in the morning. I just started PE recently but there is no way, for now, that I can abstain from masturbation in the mornings. I can only hope that this will not impact my gains negatively.
