The last 3 days I have just been doing one 15 mins session in the morning and 3 sessions of 10 mins during the day, and it seems to be working good, I only do the stretches and only stay flaccid because it seems to stretch much better that way, if it get a bit hard I stop and let it go soft.
My flaccid lenght has increased another .25 in the 3 days and about half of that when hard, but the girth has stayed the same, which I don’t mind.
I eat well and am big built, but not much body fat, and I exercise around 1 hour and half a day, I don’t know if that helps at all.
I have also noticed the appearance has improved as well it looks a lot more healthy now.
