6 Weeks On 1 Week Off?

Hey so I’ve read some guys like doing 6 weeks on 1 week off or a 8 on 2 off routine to help prevent plateaus. I’m 8 months into PE and have made some length gains maybe .3 but am struggling to make any girth gains, but finally feel like I’m making some minor progress As far as girth. Haven’t measured but feels slightly thicker. Slightly irrelevant, but I’m just giving a quick backstory… My current routine consists of manual stretching and Dry Jelqs (120 Reps).

I’m pretty excited to give myself a 1 week break starting tomorrow after 6 weeks of this routine, but I’m also slightly worried about losing some gains. I’ve seen veterans such as marinera and firegoat attest to the 6 on 1 off or similar, so I feel like I should be certain it works.

Has anyone tried this and had any luck? Should I do any stretching at all during that week off, or just f*ckoff from PE completely?

6-8 weeks on and 1 week off is what everyone should be doing but most of us don t.

I agree 100% on taking weekly breaks after a 6-8 weeks PE cycle.

The break should be completely off of any kind of PE. Only edging can stay in this week.

Some people are losing some of the gains but when they start they are coming back after 1-2 weeks,some people don t lose anything and some people experience rebound gains.

Its up to you to test it and see what will happen.
