6 Weeks On 1 Week Off?
Hey so I’ve read some guys like doing 6 weeks on 1 week off or a 8 on 2 off routine to help prevent plateaus. I’m 8 months into PE and have made some length gains maybe .3 but am struggling to make any girth gains, but finally feel like I’m making some minor progress As far as girth. Haven’t measured but feels slightly thicker. Slightly irrelevant, but I’m just giving a quick backstory… My current routine consists of manual stretching and Dry Jelqs (120 Reps).
I’m pretty excited to give myself a 1 week break starting tomorrow after 6 weeks of this routine, but I’m also slightly worried about losing some gains. I’ve seen veterans such as marinera and firegoat attest to the 6 on 1 off or similar, so I feel like I should be certain it works.
Has anyone tried this and had any luck? Should I do any stretching at all during that week off, or just f*ckoff from PE completely?
