Well, I finally decided to measure this morning after 10 weeks of PE. I did a quick measure about a month back, but this was my first proper measure on the year schedule I have.

BPEL = 6.5”, I could hardly believe it! That is well over 0.5” in 10 weeks, actually it is closer to 0.75” but I’m being cautious here!

Let me prefix what I say by stating I think I am lucky and have the anatomy to gain quickly. After doing all the tests and speaking to bib over on his site I think my ligaments are tight. Although my Lot (between 8-9) isn’t exceptional, my erection angle is high (10-11) and my exit point is high, my penis hangs and doesn’t touch my balls, rather dangles to the front. This does suggest I have quite a bit of “inner” penis to reveal and ligament tension to release. This was backed-up as a theory very early on in my PE career, I started with just a few minutes stretching (10 second holds) and would ache for hours afterwards.

So what is my routine? Well I haven’t gone mad at things. I’ve started slowly, I did something called the linear routine which is just like 50 jelqs and a few minutes stretching. What I have found important is building slowly every week on my routine. Now at week 10 I’m doing 12.5 minutes stretching and 15-20 minutes jelqing. In addition, I’ve added morning fowfars to give traction after sleeping, I do 15 minutes worth, again, ensuring I feel the stretch.

What I really look to get from a session is a “stretched” feeling at the base of my penis. What I try and do is focus on my PE session. Every stretch I make sure I feel, I try my best to focus on every jelq and now I’ve added a warm wrap between stretching and jelqing. The “stretch” is getting harder to feel after a session, hence the requirement to add to my routine. Another PI I have is morning wood, something I hardly remember having before PE. In addition I just “knew” my cock was growing after a few weeks, it felt sort of different. I remember specifically one of my goals was to be able to masturbate the shaft without my glan or balls getting in the way, before I couldn’t really do this, I noticed perhaps a week or two ago I could and therefore size had changed. In addition, I’ve started to notice veins on my cock when erect, again, not noticed before!

Looking at my unit I don’t “see” it has changed, although it clearly has.

I’m not sure if the stretching or jelqing has played the major role, however, something has worked.

And to the future. I’m continuing the newbie routine for one further month before looking at hanging for the next 6 months. Then I will look to clamp, although girth isn’t that important. I will do a progress thread and plan to get some progress pictures later, although my initial starting picture wasn’t great!

So thanks guys for all the help. I know it only gets harder, but my next objective is to try and break the 7” barrier in the next 3-6 months. My next planned measure is in 3 months, around Christmas time.

One downside of PE is now I’m greedy, I want and feel I can get to 8”! I’m not sure if this is realistic.
