Honestly I have no set time that I do everything. I do PE every other day and would say I spend about 20-25 minutes each session. I start by soaking my member in a cup of hot water for just a few minutes. Using a cup of hot water takes alot less time than using a hot wash cloth and I feel its more effective. After this I do all sorts of stretches including v stretches, wrist stretches, etc… Then I begin to jelq. I prefer wet jelqing using astro glide. I have found that when using very little of this lubricant you still have a good grip on him and your hands arent just sliding down the shaft. I jelq downwards, upwards, jelq squeeze (these I like alot), horses, etc… Over the past week I have started using my homemade Power Jelqer. For those that have never used on of these let me just say youre missing out. I find that these give you a really good workout. I have tried some dry jelqs over the past week but dont really like them as much as dry jelqing but others here prefer them over wet jelqs. I have made a Captns Wench but tried it out to make sure it works but my routine so far has not consisted of any hanging.
I joined this board back in March, I think towards then end. I spent alot of time on here reading all the great write ups, routines, watching vides, and everything before I started PE for myself. I even made my Captn’s Wench before I began.

I worked 3rd shift at the time and practiced this exercise when I got off at 7am in the morning. I was usually tired by then and didnt really put alot into it. I never stretched, never wrapped, just went straight to jelquing. When I would go on the site and ask for advice from this so called “support group” they would ask me questions like “how big are you now”? At the time I was about 6.5” NBPEL and they would respond with ” you should just be happy with that, youre bigger than average already”. Honestly I didnt give a shit. I didnt spend $50 to hear I should be happy with my current size. They also had a 60-90 money back guarantee which I never got back. Anyways, I said all that to say this. Thunders is an awesome place with a ton of FREE information and all the support you could want. When I found this site back in Mar. I thought to myself, “yeah, I heard about that jelqing stuff”. Then I realised Thunders wasnt charging for this information so I created an account, still expecting to have to pay for something. Thats why I began to read all I could just in case something happened and they started asking for money later. lol This place is awesome and if you guys stick to the routines you will grow. It may take longer than others, it may get frustrating, but stick with it. Im more than amazed at my results in such a short time. I now know why I didnt grow the first time around and thats because everything else from stretching, wraps, etc… are just as important if not more than jelqing itself.
