I’m trying to consistently give it a nice workout while not going overboard. Doing basically an expanded version of the newbie routine, which says 5 min warmup, 10 30 sec stretches, 200 3 sec jelqs, and 5 min warmdown. Two on one off, so I do Mon Tue with Wednesday off, then Thu Fri with Sat and Sun off. I feel the rest day at mid week keeps my penis from getting too over worked, and the weekends allow heal time. Slowly increased to 10 min of stretching over 6 weeks like it said. It also said to increase to 30 min of jelqing in that time. Well my thought process is pretty methodical. I figure 3 sec per jelq means 600 jelqs for 30 min, but by the time I got to 400 jelqs a session, my EQ was suffering pretty horribly, so I dialed it back to 300, and there I have stayed for the past few weeks. Even at 300 it took a little while for my penis to adjust, but it was feeling much better after the decrease. Currently when figuring in time per jelq (roughly 3 sec) and breaks to get hard again, it takes me roughly an hour to get through the 300 provided my EQ is good. Hoping I can gain for awhile using this routine.
