8 months without porn but still with ED.

The introduction may be long, but maybe necessary. As I wrote in title, I’m 8 months into no porn. I decided on that because I used that as a dopamine shot while years of depression. That’s main reason. I’m 29 right now and since I was 15, porn been for me kind of daily ritual. Turned on once a day only to masturbate and usually finished in 1-2 minutes. Nothing strange or defiant only “normal” clips. It’s never had an impact on my school, job and general functioning. Porn never occupy my mind on daily basis and felt ok when I didn’t had an access to it. Just didn’t watch then. But it’s kind of similar to other addictions. You know, “It’s only 3 beers on evening”. Every day. Every year.
I quit porn without bigger problems. Never felt urge to back to it. Just stopped watching. And of course my libido and EQ decreased. I couldn’t get hard at all. After 8 months of no porn and now over 6 months of therapy, my libido is really good. My interest in women never been higher as it is now, as well in people generally. I started enjoying doing “things”. Before I didn’t care about any kind of relationships and as a result of this never been in relation with women so I’m virgin and I have only one friend who stayed with me through years for which I am REALLY grateful as never been before. Long journey ahead but I finally starting my life. Long story short. Start working on your self and don’t fear to get a help guys. You deserve it.
Now back on track. Right now I can get an erection by touching, but frequently losing it. When it is possible I edging with lub. I tried not ejaculating by 4 weeks but it didn’t really helped. Now I’m doing it 1-2/week. ~2 months ago started doing reverse kegels regularly and avoid normal kegels because I did it every time when masturbated. I’m also doing dry jelq with highest EQ it’s possible at time. Usually 50-60% I guess. 10 min, 3s strokes, 2on 1off. On beginning of this year I started squeezing my base highest EQ it’s possible at time and thats brought some improvement. Now its 5x for 30-45 sec, 2on 1 off. It’s easier to get hard for me. I can get quite good erection 7/10 times right now (80% maybe) but still it’s hard to keep it at good level and I lose it quickly (2-3 min). I thought about pumping but right now it’s not possible due lack of privacy. Maybe in future.
So I’m looking for some advises. What I can do to be able keep good EQ without visual stimulation? I know it take a time. I read few topics but everyone is different so I decided to wrote my own.
Few more info. I have position dependent erection. It’s weaker when I’m laying on back or sitting. Been in 3 different urologists. Everything what they could do was prescribe sildenafil, which help only to get hard faster and keep it little longer. I have morning wood. I did bloodwork on November last year and doc said everything is fine. Going to the gym 3 times/week including foam rolling pelvic floor. Driving bike 5 times/week. I keep quite healthy diet and take ZMA together with creatine, citruline, vit D, omega 3. I have fairly low body fat (visible 6 pack) and decent amount of muscles. Never smoked or drank much alcohol (usually 3-4 times a year). Never took any drugs or meds just tried weed couple times in my life. I used to take testosterone boosters almost nonstop in past but don’t want to again because maybe they messed something around. I don’t have stressful job and sleeping well. Few days ago I decided to turn on porn first time since I quit it just to check what will happen, and I got good erection (~90%) which stayed with any problems. Turned off it as soon as I found out what I wanted and what I can tell I don’t miss that at all. Maybe I still have some hormonal unbalance in my brain, so I am definitely motivated to improve my self without porn to deal with my issue.
