No length without girth no girth without length

I’ve been making some observations, unfortunately those observations are only on my penis so I don’t know if they are the same for everyone else. What I notice is that at different levels of erection my girth changes but not in the way one would think. At a lower level I have less length which is obvious but the weird thing is that I am actually girthier. It seems that as it shrivels it compress and it actually measures more. Then When I get my erection level back up and the penis gets longer it stretches and the girth goes back to normal range. This leads me to believe that as I get more girth or length the penis will actually have to grow in all direction so therefore there is no girth or length gain with out the other. What are your thoughts?

in my opinion with a full routine you gain in lenght and girth it depends by your genetics

I agree with the OP, I notice that too with my dick. When I have a good semi my girth can be quite fat and exceed my normal girth. But when my length is at its maximum, my girth looks and feels thinner

I thought it was brutal having errections in the extender.
But I can see how it will lead to gains..

I have never directly or specifically done girth exercises.

All of my girth has come while I work on length.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I think regardless of what you type of exercise you do if you go grow in one direction you will have to proportionately have to grow in the other. Granted some exercise might be more targeted towards a certain dimension but I believe that in the long run everything will have to even out and grow proportionately.

I work length and girth in an alternating manner. I workout girth for 6-8 weeks, then do length for the next 6-8 weeks. It has worked like a charm for me.

I have never directly worked for girth. Maybe I will try that approach once the hanging thing has run it’s course.

That’s crazy. For the majority of my 4 years I’ve spent only on girth. Yet, I’ve gained nothing. I think the only length workouts I did were in my first few months. Perhaps I need to focus on length in order to gain girth.

Also, I agree with OP. My dick is thinner at its longest and fatter when it’s less hard/less long.

Yeah, I started PE when I stumbled across another, now defunct website. It was ans is my opinion you cannot force cells to expand, or divide, in just one direction. And I also lose about an eighth in girth when my erection goes from 75-80% to all the way hard.

So weird the whole loss of girth from 70 to 100. I think it’s because the penis is in a more contracted state so the skin just kind of bunches together.

I never looked at it that way before but it makes sense, and would also explain why there are guys who only hang and still get some girth, and guys who only pump and still get length.

I have read that it is like stretching an inflated balloon. Pull it lengthwise and it gets narrower.
