A bit of assistance with the c-grip.

I’ve heard good things about the c-grip, so just wanted a bit of assistance (as I can’t view the video, ergh). I read somewhere that you should only use one hand, not two, yet in the picture two hands are used - so clarification on that would be nice. Also, do I use my middle finger and thumb or index, middle and thumb? Finally, where should each finger be placed (I.e. Thumb on top, and fingers below)? I’m using the c-grip for dry jelq.

Mee too, man, I use three fingers of each hand to do the C Grip.
