A Couple Of Informations To Start Again.

Hello everyone,

I’m not new to PE. I’ve already tried some of the basic exercises that I found on this site a few years ago, but with no results.

After a few years without thinking about it, I decided to give it another shot. I would like some informations from your experience.

My size is definitely disappointing, just 12x12 cm. But most of the time I manage to stay positive although I’m 26 and still virgin and that with my size is gonna be hard to stay confident around girls.

When I first tried PE, I found out that I’ve got a second degree varicocele, and I still have it even after surgery. It is particularly present when I do stretching.

Do you think a routine without stretching would be efficient anyway?

Also, I read somewhere in this site that doing the exercises keeping the penis constantly heated (for example by an infra red lamp) accelerates the results a lot. Is it true?

Thank you.

Pumping seems to be effective for increasing girth and length, mostly girth.

Personally, I don’t do manual stretching at all anymore, or high force stretching. I use a .5lbs. hanger and a penis pump and have gotten good results that haven’t plateaued yet.

I don’t know for sure that heat really plays a role in growth. Having used a penis pump without heat and without warming up for a while before I bought an electric heating pad, I didn’t notice an increase to the rate of gains after adding heat. Using heat is more comfortable, and I use it regularly now because enough people have attributed benefit to heat that I think the appearance of a lack of benefit from it might be just a coincidental superimposition of factors on the gain rate. Perhaps when I added heat, which increased the rate of gains, it was the same time period that I exhausted my re-newbie gains and so there was no apparent change to the rate of gains.

If you use a heater, you need to use a thermometer to make sure it’s within a safe temperature range.

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

I have supported and used heat for a long time but only recently began using the heat pad every time I pumped. There was a distinct improvement once I did. I now consistently reach and exceed 8” in the tube where previously I would only occasionally tag 8”. I now fully pack my 2” tube so now two stage it with a 2.25”. I have gained another 1/4” - 3/8” of girth while exceeding 6.5” girth some. I won’t change my stats until I am confident the gains will stay.

My dick is very stretchy so perhaps this is why consistent use of heat makes such a difference with me.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Thank you. Can you also tell me something about pumping? I’m totally uninformed about it.
How does it work? Is it ok for a beginner?

Although some start pumping immediately, we do recommend that you start with the newbie process which can be found here:

Penis Enlargement Basics

While there you can read up on risks associated with PE.

The newbie routine will help to condition your penis, which over time will make it easier for you to transition to other PE types, if you choose to do so. The newbie routine does not cost anything but your time. Pumping require you to purchase a cylinder and pump, which can cost from $60 on up.

Some guys can start pumping with minor iissues, others find it it more difficult as the vacuum can be painful.

The process involves inserting your penis in a vacuum cylinder, also called a vacuum tube, then using a vacuum pump to remove pressure, i.e., increase vacuum. Vac cylinders come in various sizes and are sized by i.d. and length, 1.5”x8” as an example. Vacuum is commonly measured in inches or mm of mercury, abbreviated inHg or mmHg. Vacuum is a reduction in pressure so is correctly reported with a negative sign, for example -5inHg. Since we are not scientists here, you will seldom see a negative sign when discussing vac level.

As the inside of the penis is at a higher pressure than the outside of the penis, blood will begin to move in and enlarge the penis. Over time the internal pressure works on the penis and will enlarge it. Some say pumping is more of a girth exercise, I’ve gained length first, more recently seen girth progress.

I understand, thanks.
But are you sure that there is no possibility to include pumping at the beginning? Not even with a very weak pump and short basic exercises?
The fact is that I can’t do stretching because I don’t want the varicocele to come back. But I also think that a jelqing-only routine could be useless.
If not pumps, can you please tell me an effective basic routine without stretching? Thank you.

Your penis, your decision.

I would be concerned about the impact of pumping on the varicocele, but I am not a doctor and I have no information on this.

Ask your doctor about pumping. Urologists have recommended pumping as a treatment for ED for over 60 years.

I did not say I want to do it. If you say it’s not advised I won’t do it. I’m just looking for an effective routine that doesn’t include stretching. I’m not really sure because everyone always says stretching is so vital for growth.
Maybe I’ll just try jelq with constant heat with a infra red lamp and I really hope I get something.
