A Few Questions about Penimaster Pro

Hello, new member here.

I am willing to pay if necessary via PayPal or Venmo or whatever. Need a video demonstration of some of these questions here. No nudity required. Can figure out some kind of anonymity feature. Not sure how this could be done, but let me know.

I have peyronies disease and have been using a penimaster for a few days now and I do not understand a number of things.

1. The penis is not a discrete unit. It is connected to the scrotum, so in my case, the base ring on the penimaster unit causes a compression between the scrotum and penile shaft, a pinching. It is immediate and lasts the entire time of treatment. I am not sure what could be done about it. It (the pinching or unevenness of the stretch) also causes the ventral skin to be stretched more than the dorsal, which causes concern that it would make dorsal curvature worse. I need to know if there is a way to orient the piece that sits on the glans or a way to place the base ring that will cause a straight stretch and not an upward arch and which does not cut off blood flow at the base.

2. As for measuring my penis in order to know the proper rod length, I need to know WHICH measure they are using in the manual. Not how to measure, but what specifically they are using as a measure. Bone pressed, average length, erect length? Which one? They mention “protracted length” but not a specific one. Could mean anything.

3. They say to use the “measurement of the protracted penis” plus 1.5 cm. But where on the device are you measuring from? From the base to the end cap? The rods themselves? They are not specific in their manual.

4. I can’t set up the rods to the proper length if I don’t know what they are using as a measurement (bone pressed flaccid length, etc.). Also, no matter how long the rods are, since a penis is elastic, you couldn’t make the notches disappear. And if you could, it would be so tight you would injure yourself. I just don’t see how it could be done. I wish there was a way to show you this with some sort of anatomical model device or something. In short, it doesn’t matter how hard you pull, a penis will adjust to it. I do not understand the tensioning system. If your penis is very elastic you could never cause those notches to disappear without pulling off your dick.

Hi Sam. I have been using the Penimaster Pro for a little over 8 months now. I’ll share a couple of things that have helped me. First of all I agree with you when you say the base becomes painful when pressed against the pubic bone with extended use. One remedy I found that works is to apply a cushion material around the base of the device and secure it with an adhesive medical wrap. I am cheap and just went to Wal greens and brought cotton balls/gauze (to act as a cushion) and a self-adhering ACE bandage (to secure it in place). If you place enough cushion, you should be able to go several hours pain free.

Concerning your second question, pertaining to adjusting the extension rods, I usually don’t bother with measuring. I simply adjust the rods (through trial and error) to the point which will give me my desired amount of tension. For instance, I have a preset amount of tension where when I place the device on, I have to stretch the penis head significantly (several inches) to get it into the attachment site. Usually this will place me at max tension without needing to adjust the screws at the base. (Similar to the video on the website). I will only adjust the screws at the base if there is slippage to maintain max tension.

I don’t have any curvature issues so I don’t know if this applies to you, but I have gained significantly ~ 1.5 inches (BPS FL) using the device on max tension for ~ 4hours daily. Started a little over 6 inches now I am ~ 7.5.
