Hi guys. I’m almost ready to start PE again but I’m trying to learn from my mistakes. Past mistakes were I never read anything on here and began PE with like 30 minutes of reading, hence why I feel like I’ve failed. I’ve spent hours reading around lately on how to do stuff properly but before I give it another go I’d like to ask a few questions summed up below. Would really appreciate your feedback on them guys.

1 - First thing - are there guys on here that have gained a lot without JELQING? By ‘a lot’, I mean what I see as the norm on here, about an inch in the first year or two and then a few years for the second inch (in length). I’ve said before that I really dislike jelqing and that I feel my penis isn’t built for it, won’t go into detail on why again, just wanna know if there are routines that don’t involve jelqing. I think I’ve come across some in my research yesterday but as I’m a newbie I couldn’t differentiate if that was already very advanced guys that are past the need for jelqing. Heard about penis extenders, hanging and similar stuff. I’m okay with stretching (as per the newbie routine) but I really hate jelqing. If hanging is what I think it is and I read that you just put some stuff in your pants and go on with your day, then that sounds a bit too good to be true, no effort and past the need for jelqing. If that’s true then I guess the gains are far slower and smaller than jelqing, correct me if I’m wrong.

2 - Force with jelqs - Now as for jelqing, if we assume that I’m sticking to the newbie routine. I never quite understood how much force I should be putting on my dick when jelqing. At first I thought it was pushing as strong as you can without feeling pain, then I read a few opinions about guys saying they do it gently and now I’m very confused. This is the problem with this site haha, way too much information and so easy to get lost/confused.

3 - jelqing devices - again, back to the my taboo topic, jelqing. Came across some devices at jelqgym. Com (if advertising isn’t allowed admins can censor the name of the site). I don’t mind spending the money on that device because it looks like that could sort my problem with jelqing if it’s what the videos show. Do they really work?

4 - Two generic questions about jelqing - Before putting the time to read on here, I thought we’d be putting the pressure on the top of the penis, then I read that it actually has to go on THE SIDES of the penis. Is that correct? Also, is there a problem with doing DRY jelqing with that grip that is shown on the wet jelqing video in the newbie routine? Up until now as I’ve been doing dry jelqs, I’ve only ever used one hand. I want to give the two hands jelqing a go though because I struggled with pulling back after reaching the glans. Can I do that without lube no problems?

5 - last one - heat. Read that it’s the golden way with PE and the ”get rich quick scheme” if you can call it that. Again, I got lost in all the info. Originally, I thought you get a heat pad for your warm ups but then I read that you actually do your PE’ing under a very strong light or something. Can anyone please sum up the exact way people use heat and its benefits? What do I gotta search in google to get the right thing?

To answer your questions:
1. Mate there are no requirements to what goes into a routine, you can do what you like. Yes you can gain without jelqing, I have gained with doing very little jelqing.
2. I don’t understand why you would want to know specifics of jelqing if you have no intention on doing it.
3. Again, if you have no intention of jelqing, whether that is manual or with a device, this question is irrelevant.
4. As above, discussing the specifics of a technique for someone that has no intention of doing it is just a waste of time for us and for you.
5. Heat is to help the tissues be more flexible and to prevent injuries. I use a rick sock. Microwave it for a minute and stick it on the groin for at least 5 mins before doing anything. The purpose of using a light is to maintain heat. Personally I don’t as I tend to have a hot room anyway so the heat stays in my unit for quite some time.

Questions 2 to 4 are irrelevant. This is like someone stating they have no interest in playing golf then asking for tips on choosing the right club to use and tips on their swing technique. It makes no sense.

I’m just asking them because maybe I’ve accepted in my head that if I ever want to gain I’ll have to jelq. So if I have to jelq I’d wanna do it properly.

I followed the newbie routine by the word back in February. Didn’t gain a single mm. Now I’m doing a jelq free routine and I’ve gained 0.7” in 2 months.

I attribute most of my gains to hanging. Besides that, I target all the angles and muscles of my dick in my routine so all of them are being stretched to maximize potential gains. However, I think the key for this incredible growth is shockloading. Shockloading is a game changer, at least for me.

I’m using Jelqing as a prep to my workout, to get a nice stretch and good conditioning before getting in the deeper part of my routine.

Don’t need to make it your primary exercise. I do about 100 jelqs as a warm up.

As for heat, always best if your unit is hot and warm to get the maximum result and avoid injuries.
