A fresh start with commitment
Hey guys! I’m basically after a few hints and tips due to certain circumstances in my life making a few things more difficult when it comes to exercising! Well theres really only one problem, but I’ll get to that in a bit!
I’m currently 5.75” erection length and around 5” girth. I’m hoping to get a good 6.5” length and 5.5”-6” girth results! Do you think this is a realistic target? Obviously I know it maye take time, even years, but what the hell, if I get the results the wait is well worth the while!
I’m thinking about 300-400 jelques per night with maybe a rest day every 2 days, and also a stretching routine, not sure which one yet……any recommendations?
Also, the third and final point is a bit of a problem! I work away during the week and therefore I struggle to warm up correctly i.e. using a hot rice pack! Is it suitable to warm the penis up in the shower? I stay in hotels mostly see, so I have only access to a shower!
Please, any advise about my routine would be greatly appreciated!
