FRESH START but some questions.
Hey guys, I just started my PE routines again today, and this time I’m hoping to be consistent. I’m starting a little light in the beginning because I’m pretty busy these days, so my routine is:
5 minutes warm up
5 minutes stretch
5 minutes wet jelq
5 minutes stretch
5 minutes warm down
I was just wondering what you guys thought of this “light routine” and if I could expect any gains from it? Also, I’ve heard a lot about the BTC Stretch where you just sit down in front of your computer and that you can do this for long periods of time. But for a newbie like me how long should I be doing the stretch for? I don’t want to end up doing it too long and possibly harming myself. Also, how effective is the BTC stretch in your opinion?
