Gonna ask a silly question here - but when you say ‘ejacualtion’ do you mean that you are doing the Kegels when you are erect, or masturbating? As I only did Kegels when flaccid.
Should all Kegels be when you’re erect? If not, what is the advantage of doing some kegels when you are erect? (Frustrating taking a break during masturbating to do this but if it helps things then it will be worth it)
Also - I stopped doing Kegels as they didn’t seem to be making a difference to my erection strengths. But do Kegels help with the erection length increase too? I seem to have lost nearly all my gains (Chrishte I can’t believe that! :O ) and I wonder if me no longer doing kegels in my routine, when I returned from my PE break, makes a difference in getting erect length increases or not.
