A good kegel routine to try

On the second part of the session you said to use maximum duration. How long did you start to beginning this part of the routine. How many of these did you begin with? Is there a goal in mind for maximum hold. You mentioned the time needed to prevent ejaculation as 35 sec. Are you working for a longer hold?

Gonna ask a silly question here - but when you say ‘ejacualtion’ do you mean that you are doing the Kegels when you are erect, or masturbating? As I only did Kegels when flaccid.

Should all Kegels be when you’re erect? If not, what is the advantage of doing some kegels when you are erect? (Frustrating taking a break during masturbating to do this but if it helps things then it will be worth it)

Also - I stopped doing Kegels as they didn’t seem to be making a difference to my erection strengths. But do Kegels help with the erection length increase too? I seem to have lost nearly all my gains (Chrishte I can’t believe that! :O ) and I wonder if me no longer doing kegels in my routine, when I returned from my PE break, makes a difference in getting erect length increases or not.

This being a 15 year old thread, I’m not sure you’re going to get a response. You do not need to do kegels when erect. In fact, some guys do them when driving, in public, etc. Now, that said, I personally have found that being erect somehow helps me kegel. Not sure exactly why. I’m able to reach the kegel point easier and hold the kegel longer and stronger.

Thanks for confirming this for me. Yeah I don’t know how bumping old threads works around here but this was something that came up when I was searching threads researching about Kegels.

Do you think that any of your kegelling, especially when erect (which momentarily pushes your erection length a bit when you do it), makes your length increase overall generally? Like it’s part of PE that helps erection increase?
